look it up on Amazons website, its the 1 named:

    .......THE

    JUST DON'T ...

    ....EAT SO MUCH GODDAMN

    .....FOOD

    .....DIET PLAN

  • Tell me why was I drinking a large blended mocha thingy while watching this? At least I decided not to finish it lol. Umm.. anyways.. you're awesome & you look beautiful and always have. I totally wanna be where you're at. I'm sure this may have been asked a couple times but how long did it take you to get to that weight?

  • what does this link with dieting and flow solution diet???

  • Holla! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my father lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • you ARE an inspiration towards other people, and ESPECIALLY ME! this in the bottom of my heart actually inspired, me! i will TRY MY DAMN HARD to eat heatlhy and excersice! :)

    <3

  • You're amazing! I'm so glad I found your channel (forever ago). You're so inspirational it's ridiculous :) I'm currently 45 pounds down! I think you're beautiful inside and out! The people in your life should feel honored to know you personally :)

  • i just finished watching both videos. I am a multi-racial girl who has been big since childhood. I just wanted to thank you for posting and putting that message out there. I believe you have set me on the right path again. thank you

  • Thanks to Jazzie Babby Cakes, I lost 130 pounds in a month :)

  • @TheAnimeluver13 Holy crap! Congratulations! I've started getting serious about losing weight... I was on the treadmill for the first time in AGES today... :D

  • @KaciBrianna im quite young, and I just had to create my own workout, i did 30 sit ups, 44 jumping jacks, 10 to 15 jumping jacks, and about fifteen push ups, (i wanted to really lose that weight!) and with junk food, I always said, "One and done!" and it really helped! I didn't know it was that easy! I don't have any workout machines so I just did that routine twice every day (like i'd repeat the steps)

  • @TheAnimeluver13 I'm pretty young, too. I'm starting out small, though - a mile a day on the treadmill, 20 crunches, and 10 push-ups. I also do random excersizes I find interesting. I did some kind of torso twists and I can feel them working XD.

  • You are absolutely amazing. I've decided to make a life change myself, I'm not too overweight, but I know I'm not comfortable with myself and that I'm overweight. I decided this summer that I was going to do Weights and Conditioning via the school I go to. This is the beginning of the third week and already I see a difference! Working out 2 hours a day/4 days a week really helps! :) <3

  • The trainer part is SO true. I signed up for 24 Hour Fitness 2 years ago and 6 months into it I hired a trainer and he worked with me for four months and helped me lose 10-15 pounds within that time frame (I only trained w/ him for 4 months)! Now a year and a half later I'm almost at my goal weight thanks in part to his exercise and diet tips! Btw I'm totally going to take up some of your tips too! =]

  • What could help make my arms smaller? Like in width. Anyone?? ...

  • your so cool, and beautiful. your authentic and thats inspirational

  • I wanna tell you a month ago I watched your video at 3 in the am and I saw how great you look and feel. Now I'm 12 pounds down! Thank you so much for inspiring me! :)

  • @MiZzVentura89 This made me ridiculously happy. I just wanted you to know that and I am SO proud of you.

  • I just love how supportive and positive everyone is about this. <3

  • My guestimate is that you've really lost about 60 lbs just based on your facial weight loss. It takes about 30 lbs to notice a difference in facial weight gain/loss. You look great and it seems like you feel great. It really shows in your face and in the way you present yourself. I understand what you mean about people's judgement on weight. People hate others for being fat and for being skinny. You might as well please yourself instead of worrying about the ones who will always find negativity.

  • i am currently in a difficult struggle with losing weight. i FINALLY got the excerise as a routine thing down, but i still have trouble controlling what i eat. hearing someone i enjoy learning from say stuff like this is really inspiring. thanks for doing this :)

  • you are beautiful, but one thing I think you should do to look even prettier is decrease the space between your eyebrows, the start of your eye is closer to the center of your face than the start of your eyebrows and it should be the oposite. they are really good but it might help the shape of your face....

Thanks for this videos, you inspire me :D

  • INSPIRING <3 thank you

  • Exercise is an area that I always struggled with. Every time I try to exercise, I eat too much and actually gain weight. I've lost 60 pounds without the exercising, but I wish I was more toned:( I've started exercising recently. And this is 3 years after my weight loss, but it seriously scares me. I don't want to justify eating more. But good job to you for losing weight and being so healthy.

  • You really inspired me all my life i was called fat even tho i weighted 130 and Iam 5'4 when i was 15 the more they told me the more I would go in my room and stuff my face with food so now Iam 21 and i weight 180 :( I had a baby but that no excuse I feel really fat but Iam going to try to loose weight THANK YOU SO MUCH ur BEUTIFUL and I love all your videos

  • i loved this video, thank you so much for your advice and we are all so proud of your success with your healthy alternative! i know you're still going through it, but you've achieved so much already, and it gives me and many other's inspiration to start or keep going.

  • your amazing!

    im working on myself too:]

  • you. look. AMAZING! you go girl!!

  • Yur an Inspiration<3

  • My fallback snack is snap peas.

I think it would be great to get an every other week update, something really quick that caught your attention, or a meal that you really liked, or a particular exercise that was kick ass. I'd really like to see about that. Thanks =]

  • idol <3

  • i love hungry girl! her crab rangoons are amazinggg

  • Thank you Jazzie so much. You are truly an inspiration. Youve taught me so much..from makeup application to getting healthy. Thank you for all you do :)

  • thank so much for everything you do on youtube. jazzie, you really are an inspiring person. i've watched your transformation here, and i can relate in so many ways. are you going to IMATS NY?

  • You're a true inspiration. You've really opened my eyes. Thank You sooo much <3

  • your lash is falling off! :P

  • you should make healthy cooking videos(:

  • Gurl, at ANY weight you're fierce. Thick, slim, curvy, whatever. Congrats on your success!

  • I'm going to a weight doc thursday to know what I need to do. I want to keep myself the shape that I like and to keep it a good size. I love that you know that you can't be amazing all the time. The best mex soup? Ckn soup, rice, tomato, and avacaodo...that's it.

  • you've definitely motivated me :3

i used to walk 3-4 times a week, for about 25 mins each time, ate smaller portions at each meal, stopped drinking soda and i lost 40lbs in 5 months lol. the hardest part for me is staying motivated!! now i barely exercise (and i keep making exuses not to; #1 exuse: snow) D: and i often overeat (just like i used to before losing weight)

so thank you for this video :3 i need to get back to what i was doing before because i have more weight to lose!

    <3

  • Thank you for making videos like this, you are a huge inspiration, and seeing your progress gives the rest of us hope. :)

  • You are just GORGEOUS!

  • before and after pics?

  • you are stunning!

  • I've been working out since October of last year and i feel so good! Lots of cardio and weight training. I have lost 20+ pounds. But I'm not concentrating on the weight loss so much because this is something I'm doing for the rest of my life! It just feels so good.

  • Congrats for wath u made!

I don't have the willpower to let some things.. :/

  • good job! it'd be helpful if you provided us with your progress details like starting weight/BMI/body fat% -whatevers more comfortable to share and current bmi/weight/body fat %. also how long it took you? your awesome motivation.

  • Heads up: I AM NOT TRYING 2 COMPARE HER 2 DULCECANDY87. I am just suggesting that she tries this.

I hope I don't offend you or anyone else reading this comment but I was watching Dulcecandy87 and she said that she eats whatever foods she wants as long as she works out 5 times a week. For some that may be extreme so you might want to do at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes or 3 times a week for an hour. IDK you may or may not be able to do it but you could try it & see how it works for you.

  • @cupcake6798 this only works if a person is maintaining their weight. This isn't gonna work for people trying to lose weight. Once a person is happy with their body and weight they can eat whatever they want as long as they exercise and burn off the excess calories. Thats called the maintainence stage=which is life long and never ending. dulcecandy is thin and all she has to do is not gain weight. i dont think she was trying to lose weight before she had her baby

  • @lexmela2127 Oh! Well that's understandable. I never thought of that. Thanks

  • I know this is a bit personal but would you be willing to let us know specifics like how much you weighed before you started losing weight, how much you weigh now, your height, etc? I'm also in the process of losing weight and knowing about people's before and afters really inspire me! You did an amazing job:)

  • A girl had to work out for 40 minutes before she loses fat(as apposed to calories) but men only have to work out for 20 minutes before they start burning fat.......NOT FAIR!!!!!

  • @JollyWumpkinz So not fair! Those lucky males...PSH!

But this also shows how strong we women are when we finally reach our goals! :D

  • I really love the way you expressed yourself in this video. When you said that ppl don't find something enjoyable about exercise and eating healthy, you really hit the nail on the head. It has to become something you like, otherwise you won't keep doing it. :-) great video. I think this is one your best.

  • go girl :)

  • Not a fan of hungry girl because a lot of her "tips" are things that get posted on pro-anorexia websites to help with not eating.

  • @lucifer1343 Eek, that's scary.

  • You're extremely helpful. I like that you're open to talking about this subject, because so many women need to speak about it. It's unfortunate that weight affects us so deeply, but it's a truth we aren't able to avoid. It's unfortunate that you lost yourself a bit, but awesome that you are able to notice it now. I've done the exact same thing, and it's hard to come back from.

  • i will always think you are absolutely gorgeous and wonderful no matter what shape or size you are, but i'm so happy for you that you've had so much success in becoming healthier and happier. congrats, and thank you so much for sharing your story with us.

  • These videos are so inspirational to me, keep up the amazing work... and btw you look absolutely gorgeous :)

  • your hair is SO cute.

  • I'm not overweight but I'm really unealthy and unfit because I don't exercise at ALL which I know is terrible!

I can't join the gym because it's too expensive for a membership and difficult for me to get a lift to get there as I can't drive yet.

I have a treadmill at home but is just running enough?

What else is there that I can do at home exercise-wise?

  • @WiggleIsWiggly try putting on some really upbeat music and dancing around! i do that and it's a really fun way to exercise, especially if you maybe have a jump rope that you can incorporate also? jumping rope is really good cardio. also, there are a bajillion free workouts of all kinds on youtube, try doing some of those at home! or, just head outside and take a hike or ride your bike, working out doesn't always have to be at the gym. hope that helped a little :)

  • @WiggleIsWiggly oh yes it is enough! I lost 20 pounds in 3 months just running 5x a week.. u could also try dancing!

  • hungry girl is amazing! I own all three of the cookbooks and use the recipies often

  • I've actually just been watching what I was eating, and I lost 4 pounds so far. (I know it's not much, but it's a good start for me). I cut down on soda and limited myself to one cup a coffee each morning, so water is all I really drink now. My family and boyfriend have been supportive.

I LOVE Hungry Girl. I watch it on the cooking channel all the time. Thank you for the website. You're really an inspiration to me and to everyone!

  • @tragicdoll 4 pounds is awesome! As you said, its a good start. It's definetely amazing, that you want to make an improvement and that you are actually doing something, to do so : )!

    You go girl ;p

  • @loverulah Aww, thank you so much!

  • Great healthy eating tips:) I am thin but I would like to tone my body make it a lil more toned! Thanks

  • I hope you realize that you are gonna change some lives here... So many young girls look up to you and need to hear this... I am fortunate enough to be skinny but have the issue of people telling me to "shut up and eat something" all the time and its annoying and so judgmental, like if I'm not hungry I'm anorexic... The fact you touched on that made me smile, you look awesome and are wise beyond your years your humbleness is beautiful... Oh and yr makeup looks lovely :)

  • You just made my day.. also on woman's day.. you are amazing. my goal is not to lose certain amount of weight, my goal is to be able to think like you. thankyou <3

  • You look amazing.

  • You are soo beautiful! I lost alot of weight last year, and a tips to everyone who want to loose weight is that the smallest change in your life can make a very big different. I took a 30 min walk everyday and ate less portions and I lost 23 pounds in 3 months :D

  • You look fantabulous Jasmine! You were always pretty but even so much better now! I'm trying to lose weight myself, I just started Insanity program at home! OMG its hard! I cant go to the gym because of health issues so I have to work out at home where I cant catch any germs! Keep up the good work! xo Michele

  • I love this video. I do have one question. When you spoke about seeing food as fuel for your body, can you expand on that a little more? How did you get to and keep in that frame of mind?

  • You look amazing!!!

  • -3***

  • Strong and pretty woman -3

  • My problem is that I just theorycraft and give myself the excuse that I don't have money for the things I want to do; such as buy foods that are healthier instead of letting my mother shop. I know speaking to a doctor is a very good way of getting information, but I don't have health insurance =( I need to get over my theorycrafting and jump into it and STAY on it. (I always last for about a month in a half then I fall off track)

  • You should be proud of yourself, you look amazing now

  • @marilynalfieri1 she was amazing always just like every single one of us :D

  • @daniborn2bwild8 so true!

  • @marilynalfieri1 She looked amazing before too <3 <3

Yes be proud of yourself, not only for what you have acomplished but for the inspiration and care you give to other girls <3

  • @Aviisawierdo yes she did :D

  • @marilynalfieri1 she looks HAPPY now, that's the most important thing! :D

  • @yseplildoewr couldnt agree with you more!

  • @marilynalfieri1 she always did :)

  • @marilynalfieri1 She does look great, but she did look amazing then too.

  • @DrtyLtSecret91 agreed.

  • @marilynalfieri1 ...she looked good before too...

  • @marilynalfieri1 although she looked amazing before too, but i'm glad shes more healthy now (:

  • Happy Women's Day to u and to everyone!!!

  • You are my inspiration!

  • hoe did you find time to work out during school? especially being a graphic design major?

  • you're amazing, thank you for creating these 2 videos! i know i'm not overweight, but i'm not entirely happy with my body either. so your advice and words were great! <3

  • GREAT advice!!!!!!!!!! I started Weight Watcher's January 7th and Zumba two weeks ago. I feel so much better and this has to be my way of life, not a diet. Being healthy is something we need to do all the time not just for a year or however long it takes to get to the weight you're going for. Thanks for doing this. I LOVE HUNGRY GIRL! I started a YouTube Weight Loss channel for the purpose of finding people who are like minded and gaining that support. Thanks for being motivating!

  • I've been working and eating healthy for more than 3 months and I feel so much better now I have much more energy it's amazing

  • The way you talk and act reminds me of Petrilude so much haha. We can tell that you guys are friends :P

  • You are one of my favourite beauty gurus and these two videos you just posted are so helpful, thank you!

  • i love exercising...i feel so good afterwards...i went 2 a bikini boot camp last week and i as sore 4 4 days but i didnt care lol also have been taking exercise classes (zumba, turbo kick, dance fit) bc i love 2 dance so it doesnt feel like a chore

  • I found that eating a piece of fruit (apple, orange, banana, grapes whathaveyou) before a smaller meal or as a snack seemed to help curve appetite..from what I researched...its basicaly keeping your blood sugar high so you don't get the sensation of being hungry when you are truly not.

I've lost in about 4-5 months...10 pounds, 3 pant sizes, got my hour glass shape back, and feel great!

    keep it up <3

  • @xanaduepotaly thats awesome :)

  • I walk every day 1 hour, and it works for me!

  • @endromuria i love walking so i cant wait until all our snow (live in toronto) goes away so i can get back 2 it...and roller blading lol

  • This is so inspiring for me. You really give me (and I thin a lot of other bigger girls) so much strength!

  • Thank you so much for these videos! they are great! and it is great to hear something different to this topic than just don't eat that, and don't eat that, and work out for x hours, 7 days a week etc...

  • Thanks for making this video...It gave me motivation...to move forward in my lifestyle change (a.k.a. a diet) lol

  • I started of approximately at the same time you started to make the change and seeing you progress throughout your videos ('cause we obsviously can tell the difference) made me push through my boundaries and it really became a way of living. I think it always works as long as we do it for the right reasons and not just to fit in a dress for some sort of event in 2 month ...

  • agreed on the ideas of over indulging. I find that logging what you eat helps a lot. especially if you can find a site online that will calculate everything out for you. I downloaded an app on my smart phone and it honestly has been one of the only things that has kept me on my diet for a month now. logging really helps with my detachment issue with calories haha.

  • Hi:)

I'm dieting too, and this was very helpful, thanks.

Me and my friends are kind of on a friendship diet and on Saturdays we exercise and eat together, so could you post the hungrygirl website so I could check it out?

  • @hilarityfication just google it, you'll find it.
