sorry, after watching 4 parts, there is a lot of repetition, needs more depth understanding presented of concepts towards strategic management. part 1 was a good introduction though, however try johnson, scholes and whittington books: exploring corporate strategy. It just seems that the lectures are for beginners in college and not university.
to understand the strategic management you should need to know first consumer behaviour, organisational behavior, marketing, finance and how to impliment it in current situation or new product.the process is same but the important part is how and when to use it.(go through the heriot-watt universityMBA)
