  • I would be scared shitless if I found this in my house

  • way too cute for a spider :P

  • I love all spiders and i hate people who kill them

  • about how big is it, and is it friendly, or will they bite you if you try to hold one?

  • They don't bite they are more curious and small ! :) completely harmelss

  • I wish I had eyes like that

  • So cute!!!:]

  • What program did you use to remove the camera shake? Great video.

  • that is sooooooooooooooooooooocute!:)

  • bloody looks like an adult it's all scruffy and stuff

  • So lovely and full of tenderness... Thank you very much.

  • Where can I buy one of these?

  • y do spiders look like THIS

  • Jumping spiders are my favorite arthropods for the following reasons:

They're cute, they have the best eyesight of all spiders, they're among the most intelligent of all spiders, they get along well with humans, they eat pests, and they refuse to bite unless they are threatened. Even then, they won't inject venom until they first give a few dry warning bites.

  • fuck that cute nonsense i say kill it with fire with all the rest of em! DOOM TO YOOOOOOUUUUUU!

  • @genestarwind7

Umm, no bad idea. Allow me to explain. I live in the wooded Ozarks where spiders (of all varieties) are quite common. For 8 years the bugs were left alone. A few months ago a bunch of kids moved in to share the house and they've been smashing all the harmless spiders (like wolf spiders, jumping spiders, daddy long legs, orb weavers etc.) and now I have a brown recluse problem in my house. I am not amused. Which would you rather be, scared by a jumper or bitten by a recluse?

  • @genestarwind7

What I mean is that the other spiders help keep the recluse population in check. The recluses don't get smashed as often because they hide all day and they don't get spotted much (except by other spiders, which are now being smashed during the day). Yeah, leave the non-deadly ones alone, they do way more good than harm.

  • She's beautiful!

  • Awwwwwwwww

  • dude Jumping spiders are the coolest they scare the shit out of my sister but they have some awsome colors and awsome eyes

  • Phidippus Audax - Platypus Windex

  • Salticidae are SO endearing. Loved this, thank you for sharing it. :)

  • seeing this video makes me more freaked out that one was sitting right next to my face once >_>

  • Something in the way she jumps!... ;-)

  • @blackxxdeath r u sure they were fighting...???

  • 0:45 awwww its playing peekaboo!

  • you all say that this spider is so cute, but I bet when you see one in your in bedroom tonight you won't say that lmao it's the music that makes it look cute

  • @beemablack I get jumping spiders in my room all the time, I just let them stay there or coax them onto my hand and take them to my basement. They're harmless.

  • @beemablack It's the spider's eyes and how the jumpers have so much curiosity. Look up a video called Worlds cutest jumping spider on my finger or another one called Phidippus Putnami Jumping spider Being Cute. There is no music in those videos, and people are still saying the spiders are cute. The music may add to the video, but it can't make a spider look cute. I don't believe it would work with a Sydney Funnel Web.

  • im all for spiders and everything but i damn near crapped my pants when it jumped and yeah im a fag i know <.<

  • i just wanna hug it

  • such great quality

  • i love the colors theyre so bright.. the spider is so cute >.<

  • I found one of these on my ceiling not that long ago .....

  • The Size is the only thing stopping some species to rule the planet i bet.

  • pause at 0:37 look at its eyes O_O

  • Oh she is beautiful...thankyou for capturing this tiny world !!

  • i have one in a cup now and im releasing her tomorrow

  • so cool because they can see so well.

  • I see the frame moving around, that looks like after effects shot stabilization :P Looks great though, from all the moving around, that stabilization really made this video 200x better. Great shots!

  • She's so cute!! Unbearably so, especially when she's wiping her face with her pedipalps! I recently found a p. audax with orange spots instead of white, and she was quite large - an inch in length!

  • @iloveavians Is that just the body and head section, or are you also counting the legs in the measurement? If the body and head is all you're going by, that is actually huge, and I mean huge to still have orange spots instead of white. I have heard of some big ones being in Texas and Mexico. From what I hear, they aren't much smaller than the giant jumpers in Malaysia.

  • What a spectacular close-up video of an amazing little creature!!

  • These things have killer eyesight, They'll track cars that go by on a street 80 feet away.

  • OMFG, these are the most incredible and among the most gorgeous creatures on Tellus.. They do exist in norway too, but sadly, they're VERY illusive. (climate, maybe...?)

  • are they poison?

  • Recon I take that thing for a walk? See who picks on me on a Friday night then...

  • I call them toy tarantulas . But they watch thing cuter than the T's . They helped me get over my fear of spiders they tuck and roll to get away .

  • I call them toy tarantulas . But they watch thing cuter than the T's

  • EEEEEEE!!!! SO CUTE!!!!! These Are The Tribbles Of The Spider World!!!!!

I Squeal Over These Fluffy Little Galls Like They Were Puppies And I Always Have To Play With Them When I See Them!!!

Sorry, guess that's just the nature of the sickness. XD

  • I don't really have anything innately against spiders of any sort; they're extremely valuable predators. I cannot, however, stand to peer in their soulless eyes, fangs, and hideous mass of legs. To me, they're repulsive in every respect; I can't stand them. I'll avoid killing them when I can, but damn I hate spiders.

  • did u made the music?

  • these spiders have the coolest eyes.

  • @noosebrother

If you look closely at a jumping spider's eyes you can sometimes see the retinas move.

  • 0:58 Aww so cute look how it looks up at you with those adorable eyes.

  • 0:14 Let's play the drums.. :D

  • That's so freaky... Those big eyes always watching.... But it's pretty fascinating tho I still am terrified of it! :(

  • i would step on that thing in a heart beat

  • @darkkristian22 Even Jesus hates your guts!!

  • @25411959 ok, whatever, that thing comes in my house though, it aint coming out

  • Its so cute :D

  • Yeah it's cute till you try to pet it.

  • she is very ugly n iwanna kill her

  • ahhhhh kill every spider they are cringing and distgusting sorry sider lovers but i have a phobia

  • @horrorzshadowz I am terrified of spiders, but I would never kill one.Whenever there's one in my house,I get someone to put it outside for me.

  • is the moving frame caused by a stabilizer editing?

  • @devilmok I have no knowledge of filming but I can deduce from context what that is, you may be right :P

Got to admit, it makes a great effect

  • 1 dislike? what a loser.

  • NEED HUGS?

  • These spiders are fun to hold & hunt with. Just take them to a fly or daddy long legs & they will jump it.

  • wow..what a fine lady.

  • Awww! She's so pretty.

  • ADORABLE

  • If you want to live and thrive , let a spider run alive .

  • @TheWorldgonecrazy My mum used to say that.

  • @ElledieWildAndFree So it must be true .

  • I Like Her Leg Hairs O.o

  • pretty cool vid, thanks for sharing

  • i usually hate spiders but the jumping spiders seem to have an intelligence to them that i have to respect

  • please kill it

  • KILL IT WITH FIRE!

  • No. Spiders do not have eyelids. In fact the "lens" of their eyes is actually a transparent part of their exoskeleton so they can't move their eyes at all. However, the cavity inside their eye is a cylinder filled with photoreceptor cells and at the back end their retina. Surrounding this cylinder are muscles. These muscles can offset the retina slightly, which increases the eye's visual angle. Therefore, they can "look" in different directions. Each eye can detect light in different directions

  • does it blink?

  • its so cut :D where you get him :D?

  • It's so damned cute.

  • i am an arachnophobic but i love watching these videos

  • Awwww... how innocent she looks :3

Love the choice of music too, very cool video!

  • I would.

    I have.

  • how come you weren't holding this one? dont you like her?

  • Why would you kill this beautiful spider? They don't harm you..they help you...they get rid of things you don't want, like flies, cockroaches and other things...

    be nice!

  • how did you film this? it looks great!

  • BTW, this is "Something" by the Beatles, right?

  • You gotta love jumping spiders

  • i found one of these little cutes outside, its my pet now, and eats anything i put in its cage:)

  • i seen one like 3 days ago and i notice the eyes and then i looked it up lol the eyes are so big

  • Headcrab! AAH!!

  • Kill It With Fire!

  • I ......just whana set it on fire

  • KILL IT with hugs

  • Awwwwh! She's sooo cuuutteee!!!

  • It had three white dots like the small wolf spiders around here.

  • fluffy!!!

  • increible

  • Phidippus audax

  • I'm so confoosed. I am in complete awe of spiders and their alien-like abilities, but they just creep me out so I squash them when I see them. Durn it

  • So cute not just for a spider but for any animal.

  • what a cutie! I haven't gotten around to taking care of jumpers because, well.. they're jumpy and very small. I feel that they can get away from you very easily.

  • one of those spiders was in my room today!

  • LOL pause at 0:37 it looks like it has a face... 2 tiny eyes and 2 giant nostrils. furry mouth

  • Camera tracking, you shouldn't let us see the edges though, better to pretend you are just a l33t camera man and zoom it in a bit, or slightly pan the image to keep it in frame, (we don't mind smooth pans)

  • OMG thank you so much for steadying the image, I'm tired of people trying to get close up shots and it ends up being a horrible rendition of Cloverfield

  • 0.54 looking up at the camara nice

  • these are the smartest non vertebrates on the planet. Problem solving intelligent.

and gd adorable in my opinion

  • ugly things huh

  • how come jumpers are the only spiders classed as cute

  • Wow, really a beauty! This metallic green is wonderful! Is this normal by this species? So funny how she jump out of the picture!

Sorry for my bad englisch, i´m from german ^^°

  • @Pentragon1990 thats actually very good english, just "by" should be of or with, and "jump" should be jumps.

  • @Pentragon1990 The metallic green is very normal for this species of jumping spiders. Some will have some gold or metallic blue in certain cases, but the green is the most common color that you see by the spiders fangs.

  • 0:29 it vanished like DBZ

  • hehehe I used to find these all the time back on the farm, I always called them smiley butt spiders cause of the white markings on their abdomen. They seemed to like to hide in our mailbox

  • very good

  • I like these spiders a lot! They're really cute!

  • Great video! These spiders can get accustomed to people and can become quite tame. I had one just like her live in my kitchen window for months.

  • super

  • ha this is awesome and it was done on my birthday very nice gift

  • Oh wait...YOU played this guitar music? You are are world class! Sorry to gush, but this music is soul-entwining.

    You are good.

I love my Alvarez twelve string. And the jumping spiders i watch around my home.

    Thank you. I mean that.

  • Oh, I see you already told us what the music is. I asked a cliche question that you had already answered. Sorry.

    Anyways, Phidippus rocks. Salticidae too.

  • @odinata Why would that question be cliche? The music is great, there is too much music in the world to know all of it, you want to know what it is, so ask! And with all the stuff to find on a computer page these days, I think it's reasonable to expect we miss some info now and then. I also think the guy with patience and enough talent to make these videos and let us see them would understand. And yeah I also love Phidippus and Salticids.

  • @abbeykroeter and @odinata - Glad you guys can appreciate the beauty of these spiders and somehow take a liking to my admittedly rudimentary musical abiities as well. Thanks!

  • I LOVE Phididippus. And I hate this question when I see others posting it--its so cliche--but I love your music choice--what is that music?

  • ohhhh my god

  • i would deff kill that

  • that is my favorite type of jumping spider

  • i found one of these today in my room! i was so enchanted by it i caught it and put it in my garden outside.

only to find out that it was a jumping spider. glad i didn't find out until after or i would have freaked out

  • So cute!

  • oh ye, d-shaker is useful ;)

  • wow ! niice video. w/ niice song. mmm. the spider was cute. hehehe :D

  • Nice video, NICE MUSIC!!!! I love ur vids dude!!

  • where do you keep her does she bite

  • @thesansani

terser releases all animals he photographs. And no, jumping spiders do not bite unless they are really scared.

  • My brother was bitten by a jumping spider while washing dishes in our kitchen sink. He felt something hit his forehead and then he felt a little pain. He rubbed the area with his hand and ended up killing the jumping spider. In less than an hour, his forehead became swollen. I'm not talking a little swollen, more like the dude from Goonies.

  • I just found one of these, in my yard....I didn't kill it, because it's the 1st one I have seen in hawaii. It is so cute, I filmed it and took pictures of it as well. :) Thanks for the video

  • @Pattonpivot Don't!

Don't kill these spiders because they kill pests like flies and others...They are our friends....:-)

  • Yeah, I know. I let it go.....I named it hooper XD

  • @chinchonchinchon They are our friends indeed.

  • @chinchonchinchon i had one of those as a pet in the past :D...........

but then my dad set it free D'=

  • @chinchonchinchon I don't think a spider is my friend, he just eat all creatures he can, he could eat us if we where smaller than him, spiders don't know friendship, even if you see them walking trough your hands....

But i respect his life and the work he can do eating other insects ;)

  • @chinchonchinchon I kill all spiders! they are the devil. Really I just scream and run away. lol

  • @chinchonchinchon and they are cue :D

  • похож на робота, интересно о чем он думает?
