  • show of hands..how many of ya'll would tap meg?

  • I just read some of the earlier comments, people being entitled to thier oppinions not withstanding, im staggard at the analitical, sceptical criptisisom of such a beutiful and magical movie. Now i understand why some people i meet are so coulorless and starchilly boreing, personality minus in fact. Probably one of the best fantisy movies ever i think, Mike

  • @TimeWaster001

The things you to do for money, I guess....

  • Awesome! This was much longer than the version I've seen, I always thought it was a strange scene how it jumped to head chopping so fast. Now it all makes sense.

  • You can't tell its tim curry ether but you know its him

  • I missed this movie. </3

  • Anyone else notice the statue of the demon Pazuzu from the Exorcist on left at the bank of the swamp?

  • @terrapinbear What is a Mesopotamian wind demon doing in a European type fantasy world? lol

  • @Frizzurd many cultures have a story of the hag.

  • @KeithWasHere1 We have Sarah Palin in North America

  • This is Robert Picardo? the EMH from Star Trek: Voyager?

  • @Schlog1 yes it is ;)

  • @Schlog1

    yes LOL

  • @Schlog1 Yes, and its FREAKING ME OUT

  • Meg is the shiz

  • whats the name of the song when meg comes out of the water ?

  • You could name your pet spider "Meg"

You could literally hear her voice when you feed her bugs.

  • such a good movie. look at all the twats on this thread super-analysing it lol.

  • ROFL!! "Foul tasting fairy!"

  • Meg should get together with Old Gregg from the Mighty Boosh... and then it would NEVER be safe to get back in the water!

  • Goddamn this movie sucks. Just... the script and characters are so AWFUL. It looks really good, although tom cruise needs pants. And Tim Curry rocked. But Mia Sara and Cruise and all the little sidekicks were so pussified and annoying. And Meg looks great but its such a poorly written scene. Sigh... Ridley Scott... I love him to death, but this is his worst film

  • @ACDC392333 - I really liked the movie. It is like a scary children's movie. I like Tom Cruise with no pants, very nice. What would you have wanted from the movie?

  • @Pommit the film is a bit kiddish, but the thing is that the target audience was supposed to be teenagers for one. And something that I like about Ridley Scott is that his characters tend to develop naturally and usually theres a very dark edge to them, but here they have little to no development, dont do anything cool to make up for it (ie Gerard Butler in 300) and serve to annoy. This movie wanted so much to be like an old fashioned fantastical film like Wizard of Oz

  • what with its whimsy and colorfulness. But its really on par with an abriged childrens novelezation of a 1980s Disney cartoon. Some of this is that the studio hacked up Scotts picture, it really took until Thelma and Louise and Blade Runners original cut got released for the execs to stop fucking with him, just look at Alien, the aforementioned Blade Runner, Black Rain etc. But even the directors cut, with that awesome score from Goldsmith and a longer running time, is bad,

  • threaten the irritating characters lives (which unfortunately he never actually finishes killing all of them, sparing the audience their presence) and stealing a unicorn's horn, which of course doesnt come across as that bad because the unicorns havent been established in a way that makes the audience care. None of this is Scotts fault, its a script deficiency.

  • @Pommit What IS Scotts fault is that the action is absolutely awful, boring and without tension, the effects are over the top cheese, and the pacing is off. Really it all boils down to this: I wanted to care, but didnt because nothing in the film was established as something that was worth being cared about. I never understood the plot completley and only gleaned entertainment out of the fact that the film is really THAT bad.

Sorry didnt mean to go all movie critic on you.

  • 4:06 WITCH TITS!

  • Lol Foul tasting Fairy!!!!!!!

  • I can't believe that's Robert Picardo...

  • That's Robert Picardo playing knuclebones, you know - the holographic doctor on Star Trek Voyager, and also Stargate Atlantis as Richard Woolsey, amazing talent.

  • @DJsStratoArt state the nature of your medical emergency..... juicy boy!

  • And the female gremlin's love interest in Gremlins 2

  • that's the guy who was the hologram doctor on one of the Star Trek series

  • This scene is awesome! :D

  • { only wished they showed him kissing her at the end, "come give us a kiss, before dining" Or show her licking young Jack!

  • Come to meg...JUICY BOY!

  • What a sweet old lady she was!

    Shame on Jack!

  • Meg was so awesome. And those claws are some of the coolest things I've ever seen--they totally inspired a character of mine!

  • megg muckeybones was so fucking creepy.

  • Robert Picardo was very uncomfortable in all of that latex and makeup. The latex soaked up alot of water and made his make up very heavy!

  • Indeed, Meg is a memorable creature and scene in a beautifully created motion picture!~

This Royal Trux song reminds me of Meg Mucklebones

  • Indeed, Meg is a memorable creature and scene in a beautifully created motion picture!~

  • Meg Mucklebones played Robert Ricardo, i have the DVD for it,

  • i always wanted to use her lines on some cute football players i know. ya know some "juicey boys".

  • I've always wanted to use some of her lines in a gay bar...

  • FOUL-TASTING FAIRIES!!!!

    :P

  • Hmmm not all us fairies taste bad....

I was thinking more of "Come to (my name), juicy boy!" or "Who be this tender morsal?".

Unlike Meg though I would not have any intentions of eating them.

  • That'd be a GREAT Halloween gig.

  • @mhicnanolc lol

  • @mhicnanolc "Come to meg...JUICY BOY AAAARH" "What a fine meal you'll make if be the rest of you as sweet as your tongue!"

  • Meg was the first naked woman I had scene in a movie.

  • HAHAHHAHAAAA

  • meg mucklebones is an awesome female villian. i love the way she just wanted that boy first she wants to eat him than she wants to kiss him. which is it meg do you want to fuck the pretty boy or eat him?

  • jesus christ rules

  • you are just yet another knee bending fool for saying that.

  • Who be this tender morsel disturbing meg mucklebones rest?

  • Between 1:50 - 1:56 Tom is like oh shit i am diner and meg is like yummy what a fine piece of beefcake. I loved this scene and they need to give this cjaracter Meg Mucklebones her own horror movie. Meg could hunt juicey boys. Meg vs The Marines or Meg vs the Football Team. Meg Mucklebones rules!!

  • lol

  • LMAO...I like when he said you dont intend to eat do you...

She was "OHHH INDEED I DOOOOO" lol.

  • Didn't the make-up artist, Rob Bottin, also do the make-up in the horror film "Pumpkinhead"? Meg Mucklebones resembles that title character.

  • Pretty cool, I just remember the short version where he whacks her earlier. Great movie. I remember seeing this in elementary, and when we read Beowulf in high school I imagined Grendel's mother looking like Meg.

  • What's funny is that Meg Mucklebones, a female character, is played by an actor, whereas the goblin Blix, a male character, is played by an actress. XD

Meg Mucklebones, BTW, makes a cameo appearence in part two of the SOUTH PARK episode "Imaginationland".

  • really

  • Another brilliant acting performance from Robert Picardo (AKA the doctor in Star Trek Voyager) Yes, It's the same guy.

  • that bitch is ugly!
