You can't really say it's an overuse of autotune cause i can just as easily go onto a rap song channel and say its an overuse of the same old beat or rhyme or the fact they for the most part they all rap about the same shit, or i can go onto a rock channel and say its an overuse of soloing or also same beat but with little alteration.
