I'm a 50 year old Black man. Based on my experiences your opinions are so far off based it's almost comical. I don't care how much confidence a woman has, if she's single with children she's got excessive baggage. We all have baggage but single moms...No Way!! Stick with the father of your child at least until that child is in college. Once a child is born, the parents need to put their own wants on hold and do what's best for the child. And that means having a 2 biological parent household
@ancel1961 Sometimes perents living in the same household can't get along and it turns into disrespectful fighting...verbal/physical abuse. This is not healthier for the child. Or maybe one of them is cheating. This does not set a good example for the child. There are so many situations in which a child would be better off with parents who are split but happy.

I know at least 20 women off the top of my head who were single mothers before they married their husbands. I also interviewed over 100 of them and lets not forget many in Hollywood (ie Vanessa Williams, Demi Moore, Kirt Franklin and many others). The point is that there are men and women who do married single parents in a heart beat and feel blessed as a result.

While I consider myself a successful single BM, many of the females that approach me have been run through my bad boys (some of which have a child as a result). This is far from a situation that us "good guys" would want to take part in, n honestly, we laugh at those females. In mine and many other women's case, we are divorced. In some cases, the father has died, has left or she was raped. First, I have NEVER met a woman who made a baby by herself. Second, as a former single DIVORCED mother, not all AA women have babies out of wed lock or choose to. That ghetto image of a black woman with 5 kids by 6 baby-daddies is a false depiction of reality.
Third, For the thousand of interviews that I have conducted, most women want a stable environment for themselves and children that include marriage. EVERYONE makes poor relationship choices, the only difference is that the woman is often left with the residuals of that choice.That does not mean that all or even most children born to single moms were not conceived in love. It just means that you live and you learn and lessons never stopped anyone from turning around and making a better decision!

I met a really sweet guy who was much older than me and four kids. I honestly didnt care about his kids, because they were all by his ex wife. so NO baby momma drama. Anyway, we started slipping because I stilll feared my ex and that is what eventually caused our breakup. I miss the guy sincerely and he calls periodically to check on me still, im not hoping on hope we get back together because I know what I have to do. I'm almost there, I think he is waiting for that.

I was a stepchild, more of a spoiled brat at the time. My mom had some baggage 'cause my bio dad was irresponsible.

I completely agree with you lovein30days! When my ex and I broke up he told me that no man would want me because I was "damaged goods" bc I had a kid....completely untrue! I have found that most men are fine w/ a woman that has a child. I'm a 50 year old Black man. Based on my experiences your opinions are so far off based it's almost comical. I don't care how much confidence a woman has, if she's single with children she's got excessive baggage. We all have baggage but single moms...No Way!! Stick with the father of your child at least until that child is in college. Once a child is born, the parents need to put their own wants on hold and do what's best for the child. At what point will women be held accountable for their actions? Before you say "it takes 2 people to make a baby" keep in mind the law has the mother in control over the entire pregnancy.

I can't date a woman with kids...(I don't look down on these women). But I hang out with those so-called bad boys, I'm not like them, but I learn from them. They get chicks pregnant, dodge child support and laugh at the fact that some poor sap will be a father to his child. (Like an alpha male). Third, For the thousand of interviews that I have conducted, most women want a stable environment for themselves and children that include marriage. EVERYONE makes poor relationship choices, the only difference is that the woman is often left with the residuals of that choice.That does not mean that all or even most children born to single moms were not conceived in love. It just means that you live and you learn and lessons never stopped anyone from turning around and making a better decision!

I met a really sweet guy who was much older than me and four kids. I honestly didnt care about his kids, because they were all by his ex wife. so NO baby momma drama. Anyway, we started slipping because I stilll feared my ex and that is what eventually caused our breakup. I miss the guy sincerely and he calls periodically to check on me still, im not hoping on hope we get back together because I know what I have to do. I'm almost there, I think he is waiting for that.

There is some difficulty dealing w/a cpl of extra personalities. Cpls trying to get to know each other have a tough enough time, and kids r sometimes a challenge.
I was a stepchild, more of a spoiled brat at the time. My mom had some baggage 'cause my bio dad was irresponsible.
My stepdad came along, straigtened me out with love, honored, loved and put up w/my mom and her issues, calmed her down, and was basically a REAL MAN!

She has obviously experienced some dissapointments with men and her trust and confidence level in you may be low at first and she will challenge you to see if you leave her like the others. I have found that most men are fine w/ a woman that has a child. AA are getting married later in life and having children at a later age. Like I have stated in several videos, I base my information on TRUTH and facts. THEY deserve commitment. a woman who has nevr been married to expect that a man who has protected himself and used his teens and early 20's years to study and work hard instead of "chasing tail" should worry about the seed HE produces.

However, underneath it they know that he is a loser who could not find a single woman in her prime to have his own family. The woman and her kids are the family; he is an outsider that could be thrown to the curb at a moments notice. According to the U.S. Bureau of the Census, 70% of black children are born into wedlock. Perhaps this is what chicagodogrow meant.
And by the way SINGLE MEN DO LOOK DOWN upon single mothers. A single mother is NEVER EVER the FIRST choice of a single man who has a lot going for himself....period.
If you go to a Restaurant would you EVER consider eating somebodys else LEFT over Meal? Hell no. Why should a single man ever consider left over women when he DESERVES so much better?

Again, more ignorance. Last year, 62% of African American children where born to single parents. The divorce rate is 70%. Who do you think are helping to get these women pregnant? The air? So are the men left overs when they get a woman pregnant and leave? Or are they just a free single men?
Your opinion and statistics are ignorant. However the FACT is that when a man(real and good man) finds a woman who he loves, having kids does NOT matter!
