If you want the most understand dialect, it's Egyptian. However, Standard Modern Arabic is the most used when it comes to the Arabic as an actual language.
can someone tell me please which dialect is the most understood in the arab world. I would like to learn arabic, any suggestions on which dialect i could learn. Thank You.
I am also teaching arabic to myself. And there are a few words that are not the same than what i have been taught..exp..Good..(khair) is the word i was taught and this video says (Jayed)...what is the diffrence?
@worlwide82 Different dialect. There are about 9-10 different types of Arabic. If you want hints on self teaching Arabic or you have any, please message, because I am doing the same!
The Instructive British Institute (IBI) in Egypt will help you maximize your Arabic language skills with our professional teachers. we use a modern lively approach to teaching Egyptian colloquial Arabic and classical Arabic to non- Arabs. Our experienced Arabic native tutors will teach you how to read, write, speak and understand Arabic
is this standard Arabic? or is this Moroccan Arabic? Is classical Arabic the same as standard Arabic? Im teaching myself Arabic at the moment and am very cobfused as to what im actually learning :-p. My dictionary has "where" as "Ayna" my cds have "where" as "ween" (or thats what is sounds like) and another source seems to have yet a third way of saying somethings... hmmmm...
question. in arabic if you want to say happy birthday and a persons name, should you say "eid meelad sa'eed" first and then the name, or the name first and then eid meelad sa'eed?
Since I went for to tunisia for the second time, I'm getting interested in learning the arabic language. I learned some words over there, but this video is very helpful!
Salam Aleykum Thank you for this video, could you please make one with long sentences used also in everyday life? This is a great way for me to learn Arabic!
this is official arabic (al-fos7a), im Egyptian by the way, really there are some differences bettween Arabic dialects but we all understand each other as well as Arabic our original language that all this dialects are derived from والسلام عليكم 1
@marsundae-FYI, nobody talks like this in the Arab world; its a formal language used for writing, literature, news...Arabic is not a nationality, therefore I suggest asking where she's from (country) and learning the colloquial equivalent.
They speak gulf Arabic, but anyone throughout the Arab world can understand classical Arabic, so if you want to learn Arabic, just learn the classical as it is considered 'global'.
No this is formal Arabic, no one speaks it but everyone understands it`s a good start, but depending on which country you`re interested in, you need to learn the dialect for that country.
@DMiriful Sorry, I realized that wasn't clear after awhile. For things such as "How are you?" You are not the subject ever, so you base this on the listener's sex. However, your default is usually your own sex unless you are speaking of someone else or of something else.
@JiggerPick yep, that what did you say its true, because its pharses what always we used in the conversation in the worldwide.thanks for the video and as salaam aleykum, amin.
