@masonicknight3 ...thanks tim for your great videos .... i learned alot from you.... you seem to be a honest man.. i hope to see you out there in salt creek ... planning on going there soon, if theres is some more tips on this creek i would truely like to know for i,m a new at this and hopefuly my pan will be rich like yours...
Nice video, and glad we could find your show. We are the ones who met you up in the Morgan-Monroe forest and you helped us find Gatesville Saturday. For that we are very thankful to you. That just shows that there are still some great Americans out there that are willing to take time to help a brother. We found gold in every pan, yes it was fine, but in every pan just like you said. Thanks again, and keep filming.
its great to see that gold and i like the proline high banker. thats my top choice when it comes to prospecting equipment like my 2" propline dredge. good products . and thanks for the great vid!
i was there in 2004 had a great time look forward to seeing new ones

Did ya'll see that black wolf go across the creek at the beginning? Lucky Tim didn't shoot him.

@trushooter2u the best advise i can give anyone is to first get a copy of " gold and diamonds in Indiana, an Update"
this book has known gold locations and history of the gatesville, martinville and nashville areas.
tons of good info and cheap.
also, Chucks' book Midwest Prospecting is a good book as well. mine was a bit pricey, but it was a good read.
lots of tips and advise there.
best place to hone your skills is robins store at the creek. can't pan & not get gold there!

The best way to get fine gold and very fast ... blue bowl concentrator. Works fast once you turn it on . It collects 100% of your flour gold.
Donatillo1961 2 years ago
i have a blue bowl also, works fairly well.
best way to do flour gold is still mercury coating...gets 100% that way...
only thing is, its toxic if you dont know how to retort it.
legal, but dangerous if mis handled...
( i had an ex-girlfriend like that once....)
