@pendingKill One word..."Liability"...when people send in controllers, we would have to test and warranty everyone we sent back. If they just sent in shells? Then we would be responsible for the proper workings of the buttons and bumpers after re-assembly. We would rather dip for companies like Modz-Armory and Controller Chaos and let them professionally warranty the products.

Awesome vids Jim. I just set up what you could call a personal sized dip station for small items. Mainly so I could dip me and my "brothers" turkey guns for this season. @wuan200 The water temp we use ranges from 32 to 36 degrees Celsius or 90 to 96 Fahrenheit. You can adjust the temperature based on how many inks are in your pattern and how easy the pattern is to work with.
