Sulfuric acid is not bleach at all they are not related in any way, Sulfuric acid, aka battery acid, is a strong and corrosive acid with a pH around 1, whereas bleach is a strong base with a pH of 13. Also H2SO4 (sulfuric acid) does not equal NaClO (sodium hypochlorite/Clorox bleach)
Bleach is a highly unstable chemical, do not try this at home you could easily blow your own hand off.
