I just don't quite get it as to how these car manufacturers like to emulate what each other does! AMG at first built a 5.5 Liter Supercharged V8 for these cars, while most BMW in the same class used the Bi-turbo. When BMW M Series got normally aspirated engines, AMG built the normally aspirated 6.3 Liters. But now that BMW seems to be going back to the Bi-turbo, AMG is playing copycat.
