Then your pancreas secretions in your intestine make it alkaline again. So it does not matter what you drink. Is he a quack? I'll bet he's selling something or other. They have been approved as a medical device in Japan and by Japan's FDA only. 2nd- Yes Dr. Mirkin is right however water is absorbed through the the stomach walls. I'm a little confused though, you said Kangen water is free, but I heard you have to pay over $100 for one of your machines, is that true? $100 seems a lot for water. Then I saw this link by a guy named Dr. Gabe Mirkin. He is an MD with four board certifications, but is he a quack or what? He says your stomach and pancreas handle all without the $100. I'm confused

I have a question. I can see the amazing benefit of the alkalinity of water. My question is about the filter. If I'm going to pay $4000 for a machine I want it to get rid of all the junk in my water. I've heard that the filter is not very powerful. I don't want to just get rid of chlorine, I want it to get rid of fluoride, Pharmaceuticals, carcinogens ... I've heard this can only be done w/ Reverse Osmosis or distilled water. I wish we could combine Kangen with a quality filter.
@LCloveYHWH The magic of Kangen water is that it removes acid waist due to the micro-clustering- however I completely understand your concern because I live in an area with extremely hard water. I use a 3-stage pre-filter that filters the water before it goes to the machine. It provides protection to the machine, it filters out more then the Enagic filter by itself. Check out ionfaucet for the filters.
@ElleAbbott in addition, RO water takes out everything including minerals- You can't make Kangen water without minerals. So in theory you could use an RO system, then another system to add in minerals and then restructure- however that system would cost thousands more. The testimonies to Kangen tell the Truth and those stories are from people using the machine without a pre-filter. So the water works! Its up to you how much you want to invest in addition to the 4k.

We would have declared bankruptcy but did not have the $ for the attorney fees. I saved a little here and there and after several months came up with enough for a down payment to get a SD501 with financing. Commit to doing whatever is needed to get there. Never give up! You can do it. I have never regretted what I did. You won't either.

However, I did do a little research and found out some alarming facts about Dihydrogen Monoxide, a principal ingredient in Kangen Water:
- Death can occur due to accidental inhalation of DHMO, even in small quantities.
- DHMO is a major component of acid rain.
- Gaseous DHMO can cause severe burns.
- Found in biopsies of pre-cancerous tumors and lesions.
