What the hell she did it totally wrong o_o....1. She never sterilized the area she injected the needle into. 2. She was supposed to tell the patient to hold the cotton ball while she placed the needle down...
@BunnyHanyou actually you can still hold the cotton while putting the needle away but you cant cross over like she did. the patient holds the cotton and puts pressure while your putting tape on it.
You are NEVER supposed to cross the needle over your arm like a violin like she did at 1:23. Ask the patient to hold the cotton, and then TURN YOUR BODY COMPLETELY to dispose of the needle. This will keep you from sticking yourself with the needle... Also I did not see her wipe the arm with alcohol, lets hope she did it before the camera started rolling...

@rknihay I think you should learn how to use a catheter more since phlebotomy is more reserved for lab draws vs Nursing which uses catheters to allow for blood draws and medications etc....
