I used to need to live in a church, and every Friday a choir would come to practice. It gave me hope and kept my faith in God through that time in my life. This is so uplifting.

IF you "wish" your church worship was free spirited like this, then you need to go to a church that is open to the movement of The Holy Spirit!
Just because your parents drug you to mass on Sunday, does NOT MEAN you have to go as an adult, go to an AME church or a Pentecostal church, and have fun in Worship, GOD wants us to have fun!
Im in theChoir at my Church and we dont get to do stuff like this ...eehhhhhh emmm i wish we did but we dont and they kinda give me a look if i start bopping to the music but its funny and the other Bases and i have fun with it
same as my church. But im catholic. I advised them that they might want to do more upbeat and exciting music, and they took me as a joke. i would actually love it more and would be sure that more people would stay awake during the church mass and learn about the holy spirit!
Please come and apply to become the director of the FAMU Gospel Choir...otherwise we will sing it the way WE want to sing it...and you are welcome to refrain from listening! Be Blessed
