I tried making rasgullas using this receipe i used chenna from 2ltr cow milk 2tbsp refined flour 2 cups sugar and equal amt of water i have following quiers regarding the receipe.
1. my rasgullas did not turn out to be white in colour as we get in stores
2.they were soft but not spongy as market one, when eaten feels like have a peice of paneer (cottage cheese).
3. sugar syrup had lots of impurities and scum can lemon juice be added to remove the scum before adding the rasgullas?..
