How could anyone DISLIKE this? This is so so very shocking to me! I never realized Dionne had such a voice! I know of her status and history in the biz...I sorta put her along side La Streisand in music as far as her work and catalog go...and it was Streisand's recording of this that I always found so magical and classic, but this has taken the cake for me! Dionne never forced a song in her life....it comes natural and easy and  anyone that thinks different needs to relisten and keep his thoughts to himself and enjoy one of the best singers that ever lived.

I am a huge Stevie fan. Normally stevies cover doesn't add much new value. But here this song has a beautifull more delicate arrangement, and the song is clearly song with a lot of depth of emotion. If face expressions count for something, then this is more then a classic. She adjusted the lyrics a little, probably to cover things around her divorce and settlement issues in that time. (the winner must be paid, instead of the loosing side i play)

I'm no great fan of hers but I would guess she was probably at the apex of her powers with this one.
