I suggest watching proteanview's video called "Screw Americans: Your health, your dime???" He himself says he's against taxes and big government but he makes some very objective and thoughtful comments on a pro health care stance.
I personally get tired of people who say that the Big Bad Gov is going to come into our lives, control us and put our elderly before death panels. But it's ok that we shove our government into millions of lives all across Iraq.
