I have fullrespect for Hip hop and rap and think that the culture should be treated with respect. Hip hop needs a more conscious level where you not only talk about street life, you rap about ways to solve it, your own ideas and other political/social issues.

And I never hear anyone trying to say that purely Hip hop culture has increased the crime rate in the suburbs, because there is no proof of that at all. The pornographic/violent content that these companies invest in has redefined rap artists level of artistic creativity. They believe that is the most efficient way to fully exhaust the market. 50 becomes a mouth piece for that myth and naturally every talented rap artist will use the same cookie cutter template thinking its the only album recipe, but they are actually reinforcing the cycle.
