what do you do with your air vents when starting the smoker. whats the best position for he air vents when your bring it up to temperature and then after you put the meat in. how open or closed do you keep them
This was not only the maiden voyage of the smoker, but also the maiden voyage of the camera. Probably my son trembling with fear that he was not going to get the video right. I think he did a pretty good job under the circumstances.
