  • holy shit! I thought gymnasts are flexible but this is crazy

    but I like it

  • is this bad for your body? cause it seem like it would be.

  • @99emster no

  • If anyone needs help finding a place to train, you can search your state at usagym.org. :)

  • im a level 7 artistic gymnast ive been doing artistic gymnastics for 10 yrs and i would rlly luv to become more flexible do u think u could give me some exercises to make my back more flexible????

  • this was so good!

  • io faccio ritmica 9 anni

  • Bello!

  • to people who say that its best to start at a young age and once you're over 12 and stuff you can do what you could have done if you started rhythmic younger - it doesnt matter how old you are in your teens such as 14, 15, 16, if you have the drive to become a successful rhythmic gymnast, your dreams can come true. yes its better to start young but never stop trying

  • This musik is STEPPING STONE

  • And my friends call ME flexible...

  • I'd love to be a rhythmic gymnast, I am flexible, and with enough training I could be like these girls, but I can't catch. xD

  • this truly is motivation =3 THNXX!

  • Name of this song?

  • @edwin2115 duffy stepping stone

  • no offense or anything, but all those girls seem extreamly under weight for example at :37. I mean i can understand that you have to be like super skinny to do all those uhmmm "moves" like at 2:15, but that just not right to be that skinny...

  • For those aspiring: I started at 4 and stopped at 12. I lost all flexibility within a year, and at this point can basically do nothing. To do what these girls do, you have to start very early. If you start after 12, it's extremely difficult, and the reality is, you will never be as flexible as you would have been if you started at 4-6. Cruel reality checked. I've tried to get back into it, and it's just too painful for my body now.

  • @KrysikN Well this is my first year in rhythmic gymnastics and I am 13 years old. I've never done before anything like this just Latin Dance. I want to tell you that I'm in the class with the little ones and I can do things very easily apart from that I don't have much flexible back. And if anyone else is reading this I would appreciate if you could send me inbox what I must eat and how to make a thin body without big muscles like i was going to the gym! thanks!:)

  • @KrysikN i started to the 16 and i am really good that is not true! i am super flexible

  • i do this but actually in a team... but i'm quitting soon.. i just hate our new coach and everything in my body is broken...ankles,knees,shoulders,wrists,back.... not literally but they hurt a lot. And it's taking too much time. I think i may regret it someday, but for now i don't enjoy it, so why do it?

  • Is there any way to do this without training at a center? There isn't even one in my STATE!

  • @hpobsessor1

i know .. i always wanted to do rg but there is none in the city i live in so i decided to join artistic gymnastics and started to like it . check it out :) maybe you'll like it as well

  • man how can they d tht

  • Comment removed

  • i wanna be one of those girls but i don't wanna be flat :(

  • is it true that u ruin muscles doing this stuff, ive always wanted to do this, im 14 and im not flexible at all, how many years would it take me to be like them?? :)

  • i wish i ould do rhythmic gymnastics.... :L

  • @98tillforever ,,im honestly naturally flexible and i have wanted to do this my entire life but i have been stuck in a small town that didnt understand,, but fortunately i have just moved to houston,, where do i go to receive this sort of training ?!?! and what shape exactly do i need to be in and could it be worked on while i train?!?!

  • im 15 and in regular gymnastics, would it be too late for me?

  • @xTsukikoxMFxMiyakox nope...i started at ur age 2... but if ur older, u hav 2 work thrice as hard as de others if u wanna be at par wit them:P

  • @esthertan8 Thank u i also want to ask that... and i'm 15 too :)

  • @ValGrey09 no prob... :D nobody can tell u ur 2 old 2 do anythin... lyk my coach always says: age is juz a number :D

  • 2:00 Anna Bessonova with red ribbon!! :)

  • Rythmic Gymnastics is so amazing but its really harsh on your body.

  • FFUUUCKKKK!!! THATS SO HARD.... Proud of any gymnasts!! :D

  • im 13 is it too late to start even if i do work hard

  • @GTLA1994 no but it will be more difficult for you to catch up so work really hard...

  • @GTLA1994 Normally a female gymnast is at her prime between ages 15 and 21. If you are already flexible and in decent shape you could probablly work hard and be at level 6 or 7 by the time your 18 if you have determination and strength. You will always have to suck it up if you wanna level fast. Its hard but if you work you could do it

  • how come they are all tall and have long legs

  • why do they all have the same sized skinny legs?? what gets them soo small???

  • @gaiaiscool8 constant training

  • beautiful montage

  • i used to do rhythmic gymnastics last year but i had to quit because i moved and there was no training center near me anymore. i loved this sport.

i haven't watched a rhythmic video in 8 months, but i started watching these videos again today and i realized i still love this sport and i miss it dearly. :(

  • @cutestdancer98 There's no club near me either, but if things work out, I plan to go to Oregon and do it over the summer. Maybe you can do something like that. Or you can go to the usa gymnastics website and search for a club on the club finder. Don't give up. :)

  • Is it not too late to learn if you ere 17 (or older )?

  • @Marusichka333 too late. 4-7 years old is the best age

  • @Shadow0309 My child is 11 and she wants to lear. do you think its suitable for her?

  • @CrystalSun88 i mean it's possible but i dont think she'll be able to become a pro. it is a lot easier to train flexibility at a young age

  • @Shadow0309 Thanks ;) She is already done ballet so she is already very flexible ;P We cant find any local clubs for her tho.

  • @Shadow0309 do u guys live in the US? then i totally understand =/

  • @Marusichka333 Not too late to learn if you train hard. Will you go to the olympics? Probably not, but who cares if you love it, just do it! :)

  • They have such ugly leotards.

  • nossa aqui não tem nenhum comentário brasileiro????

agora tem né , o meu'

  • can you send me a link of where you got those pictures?

  • please who is it at 2:50??

  • @alia6983 its Olga Kapranova ;)

  • @xSmiley97x no just after Olga, I mean the girl we see at 2'06 , 2'26 and 2'51 and others moments, a very beautiful girl with brown hairs , I think she's German but don't know her name! Thanks a lot smiley if you can answer me!!

  • No I do not know .. someone mentioned her in an earlier comment. I tried to find it but I didn't. I'll try to look for her, because I also want to know who it is. If you knew any of the competitions she was on, it would probably be easier to find her.

  • @xSmiley97x thanks i think she's german and i've searched everywhere on the web but didn't found her!!! She's really beautiful!! I'l post the answer if i find who it is!

  • @xSmiley97x it's Sara radman, i found it in an earlier comment mentionned by... YOU! lol!

  • They are awesome!! I wish I had those classes in my country...

How many years does it usually take to learn to put my back flat on my back leg in a split?? :)

  • @KalexCullen If you mean like toutch your thie whith your head than maby 5-6 months. But remember to learn to do it on boths sides, or else your spine is gonna hurt, and get twisted and stuff.

  • hey! i found a great poem about RG google 'Forever in the shadows figment'

  • ahahaha nooo!! they are skinny cause they do this sport....

  • Comment removed

  • must you be stick skinny to do this sport?

  • im a first time rhythmic gymnasts and i need some training tips

  • i love gymnastics and Rg the only bad thing is through all the training and the long hours even when you complain its still going to be in your heart i love that about gymnastics its like once you start you are never going to stop :) <3

  • Are you a rythmic gymnast? I am in Artistic gymnastics and I was wondering if you had any stretching tips for your back or shoulders that you could share with me?

  • @emilysgotchalk I second that, I would love to be let in on some stretching tips as well.

  • But work hard.. and belive in yourself!.. and all dreams will come.. true!

Sorry but that's one of bigest lie!

Because all the girls gymnastics have the same dream.. work hard, and belive in her self, but there is NOT a gold for them all.. there is just a few places to win.. so do mot lie..

Enjoy with the gym.. Do gim. is a beauty sport, and healthy..

Almost they are not in front of tv eating fast foot of shit.. and losing time, etc.. but don't expect for a gold..

    So.. enjoy life

  • @tranvozcaya i think your missing the point . just working hard and believing in yourself is not going to garentee you a gold medal, but if you don't do both of those things you will never get a gold medal . learning those things from a young age through gymnastics is some of the most important lessons to learn in life it's not just for gymnastics.

  • @MrBraindrainer Yes.. In that point i'm agree with you.. but.. there' not a place for them all even been some of the best..

BUT.. for those who ... have a talent, a special gift for gym. those are who will have the oportunity to get part of the hight teem and win gold.

Also they have to adore gym... love it..

All the qualities that you mention in the video are needed .. indeed. =)

  • this is absolutely the best montage of rhythmic gymnastic already made! I want to cry every time I see... congratulations, you have an amazing sense of sensibility!! what's the name of the music? is beautiful...

  • this is absolutely the best montage of rhythmic gymnastic already made! I want to cry every time I see... congratulations, you have an amazing sense of sensibility!! what's the name of the music? is beautiful...

  • Name of the music??

  • wow my name Deni and i do rythmic gymnastics and this is my scond year and im in level 5 i came second in state last year lol

  • beauty *,*

  • i understand all the work these girls must put into their sport. i was a gymnast (artistic, not rhythmic) who trained about 20 hours a week, and there was never an easy moment. but i was NEVER ever ever anywhere near as flexible as the girls in this video. that's amazing.

  • @iloverocknroll888 same thing

  • wow you are all amazing your so flexible

  • how old are these girls any one no the girls who we see stretching in motion

  • Nice video!

  • i know exactly how this motivated me i do rg the next day . that stuff hurts insanley the next day.

  • One of my favourite montages ever!

  • :) great... :) :) i love it very much

  • i love song very much..and can you say me whois singing this song? ? ?

  • Lovely montage. thank you.

  • no pain no gain , this is what i believe

  • @Rosemereta Believe me...sometimes the pain is unbearable...it hurts so much that you start screaming but the coach won't stop pushing or pulling....and it wasn't just me...all my colleagues were screaming and crying. Before I left I used to throw up before each training due to the fear. I was almost 7 at that time and I refused to practice any other sport for years. I was afraid even to go to the gym class at school...or take swimming lessons.

  • @codsamanta The pain cannot be supportable sometimes !

My coach never stopped pulling my leg even i was screaming and crying

  • @Rosemereta Leg pulling is nothing compared to when she pulls your arms to arch your back until you touch your ass with your head. For me that was the worst part.

  • @codsamanta I know how you feel with all these trainings XD

and i agree with you ! this is also hard , sometimes you feel that you wanna stop all this and forget about RG , but it's in our blood :D

  • @Rosemereta yea.....I know...but somehow I regret I gave up...I want to increase my mobility back but i don't know how..I don't remember what kind of exercises we did for mobility....

  • @codsamanta are you retired now ?

  • @Rosemereta I've been retired since a month or two before I started school....I was almoust 7. Now I am 16

  • @codsamanta Now i understand :)

  • No offence, but because I've been through it, this would not motivate quite the oppossite. Can you see how skinny the girls are, how much training their do. The performance may be beautiful cant argue with that, but what's behind it is ugly. I would not recommend it doing this on professional level. Do it to develop rhytm and grace but not to get gold.

  • there is good and bad in every sport , it's not all bad . these gymnasts are legends in their countries and i don't think many of the regret what they have achieved . some coaches don't care to much for their gymnasts and just want results and that is sad . It takes alot of hours of hard training to be successful in this sport as it does in many other sports.

  • stepping stone by duffy

  • <3 <3 <3

  • she also got 4th in mixed trio multiples

  • 1 year ago i got my daughter to watch this before training one day (it made her cry) because she was finding that her training was getting harder and she didn't think she was getting any better . In the year since she got 5th in state level 3 and is now going into level 6 . she trains about 16 hours a week and believes in herself . I am a proud father of a rhythmic gymnast !!!! thank you gymlisi . rhythmic gymnasts "ROCK"

  • Thank you! I wish your daughter good luck for her future!

  • at 2:11 - 2:20 is that anna bessonova???

  • no 2:11 is eugenia kanaeva and 2:20 is delphine ledoux

  • you say it is not Anna Bessonova seems to me Kanaeva

  • who is at 2:08 ?

  • It's Sara Radmann from Germany!

  • she is absolutely beautifull ♥

  • Yes she is!

  • whats the name of this song??

  • Any sport can ruin your body if you do it incorrectly. These gymnasts trained for years to get their bodies to stretch like that. I'm sick of people thinking rhythmic gymnasts are somehow hurting themselves to get this flexible. It takes a long time!

  • This sport ruins your body

  • no it doesn't, it's good for you to have flexibility, and it builds strength too.

  • I agree ;)

  • What is the name of the gymnast or group or country or dressmaker of that dress?! The dress is soooo pretty! :D So do you know where I can find out something about it??! :)

  • is AnaÏs * sorry

  • At 1:00 min is a Anaïs!! ^^

    She's in my club!

  • c est tres beau

  • i love watching rg because they are sooo graceful, and their lines always look so beautiful, but im not gonna lie...i prefer being a dancer...we have more muscle, which is something i like

  • i dont like muscle

  • oh, you like skeletons? you can have toned muscle, muscle doesn't mean bodybuilder statuts

  • well ok, but i dont like muscle sticking out my legs i dont want to be a stick ethier.

  • heh, thats what exactly what i was saying :)

  • i live in england in a place called grimsby
