Normally, you'll need an internet connection to download to your phone. But if you don't have a connection and have a USB cable or Bluetooth on your PC, you can download to your phone that way too.

Make sure you select iPhone in your profile settings. Then, after you make your ringtone, save it to your computer. Open up iTunes and drag your ringtone to your Ringtones library in iTunes. And then just sync your iPhone. Thats it!
