@YuckyMuffin out of those the only real genre there is viking metal. wizard metal must be fantasy metal and 'pirate metal' isnt a genre they are a power metal/folk metal band (often called power folk) with lyrics themed on the blackbeard-era of pirates.

You do realise Battleheart and Alestorm are the same band right? They had to change their name... for reasons I can't actually remember, I think it was something to do with their drummer, but both bands basically consisted of Chris, Gavin and Danny (although Gavin has now left!) Check out Matnella talk ep.7, they went to see them live and met the band and stuff x)

It's actually because their label already had a band with a name too similar (Battlelore) so they asked for a name change, a few days later they were Alestorm. The reason I put it down as "Battleheart" is because the song was released under that name, still to this day, "The Curse of Captain Morgan" is a Battleheart track and not an Alestorm one, despite being the same band.

First, they were "Battleheart", they had a self-titled EP, the first track, the intro, is called "The Curse of Captain Morgan", which is the intro that I used in this video. They became Alestorm (read story above), and created a NEW album with a NEW song, both titled "Captain Morgan's Revenge". Which is a song that is NOT heard in this video at all.

They played at the Pagan Knights Tour this year and should be back to the states in November. I even got to hang out with the guys. Very sweet, funny and awesome guys!
