Yes, and this agreement is to only save Medicare $80 billion over the next 10 years which is only about a 2% savings-LOL, and claims he's really putting the screws to Big PhRMA. Also as part of this deal, PhRMA will now run TV ads, in favor of Obamacare. There was a story about this on FOX this morning.

PhRMA will be spending $150 million on ads. This was also mentioned in the original Huffington Post story. There is a link in the info box. Hannity, Beck, & O'Reilly are only entertainers. This does certainly not mean they are untruthful.

Yes, and you notice he claimed that he wanted all these experts to be involved, but I found another clip yesterday, which was recorded 7 months earlier than this one, and in that he stated that he already had met with all the experts. He was also repeating that same story about how a doctor gets $30,000 to cut off someone's foot. He's been telling the same lies for at least 3 years now. A doctor gets only about $1,000, and that includes 3 months of follow up visits too.

$1,000.00 for foot amputation? I lost the end of my little finger in a crushing accident and had to get the end repaired. The doctor worked for a few minutes slicing and trimming and stitched the mess together as best he could. Total time he spent was bout 1 hr max. Just his bill cost me over $900.00. That's not counting xrays and other services. I think total cost was about $1,200.00. So I can imagine the cost of a foot amputation to be way way higher.
