I love my french press.I love that I don't have to waste money on paper filters anymore!! I,too,have the Paul Revere kettle.I think I've had mine for about 15 years and I still love it.
Dude!! Less chat...more coffee!!! Seriously, how long does it take to explain how to use a coffee press. It was clearly a 1 minute process that you have painfully drawn out into 7!
I bought one for $4 at Ross the other day. It makes 8oz at a time, which is perfect for me. It does have the plastic sleeve around the glass to keep it from breaking and I use a plastic spoon to stir the coffee so as not to break the glass beaker. It's better than a Keurig single cup machine!
You did a great job explaining how to use a french press coffee pot It is a must have especially for when power goes out I can boil water on my gas burner and still have a great cup of joe. Thanks sooo much

He forgot to mention that you should either pour it all into cups immediately or or into another container since the grounds will continue to brew if the coffee is left in the press
