Dr. Chomsky says that the US has no evidence against Osama that would stand up in court.

Last fall he told Iranian TV that at the time of US invasion of Afghanistan, they had no evidence that al Qaeda had done 9/11.

@punxsutawneybarney At the time of the invasion of afghanistan the taliban said they'd hand over actual criminals, IF America provided actual proper evidence. War Criminal SHRUB said, "evidence? we don't need no stinking evidence to blow your country off the map! How dare you ask for evidence, when we have the power to declare anyone or anything criminal at any time for any reason!"

@centurion180ad Absolutely correct. The Obama administration appears to be claiming the right to kill any number of civilians anywhere, any time, on the basis of some flimsy excuse or because of a "mistake". That is state terrorism.
