The dude in the thieves guild will take you to 90, but you need to patch your game or the pickpocket bug wont let you steal past level 76 or so of training.

This isn't unlimited, you can only do it 5 times.

@okamasphere 5 times per level up to level 50. When I made the video was unaware it capped with this trainer at 50.

do the companions quest line as early as possible, they have basically all the trainers that can be followers too that a warrior character would need. heavy armor, 1-handed, 2-handed, block, and archery. and they are all expert or master trainers. only means they can train you higher, journeyman trainers (like our old pal Faendal there) can only train you to level 50. Expert can train you to level 75, and Master can train you to level 90. Those last 10 you gotta earn on your own! Good luck yall!

@ollebull4 you'd have to find a 1h merchant. There is a guy who roams white run and has a quest for you to return his family sword. He'll train you but wont become a companion. You'd have to steal from him to do it free. Just remember to quick save everytime.

just so every one knows this works for the people in the companions, do the quests there until you lead it. then any of them will follow you and you can do this. stay frosty my friends

if you are going to mess around with an obvious bug in the game to gain free levels... save yourself the time and use the console: "player.setav marksman 100". If you actually want to play the game properly, pay for training.

@randomstuffz2 When you do the quest, he is willing to be your companion. You have full access to companions inventories so you train, access his inventory, take your gold, rinse and repeat.

This only gives you 5 levels. The only difference is that this costs less.

@Sylmor01 it gives you 5 trains per character level but you can level archery to 50 with it. Once you are at 50 its the most that he knows.
