@mirogster The kids help out a little but for now, they are at least learning about beer and that it is a normal, everyday drink, and not something to only abuse when you want to get smashed. :) Plus, they are learning about different styles and flavors and things. Hopefully they will group up with a good understanding and respect of beer. And maybe one day I can get some work out of them! ha

I was/am happy with that DIPA... I think it could have a little more bitter to it, but it was just about where I wanted it with everything else. I've been greedy with these ones... I think you're the only person I've given one to so far!

@mookymookster I'm glad I got to try it, as well as the Berliner Weiss. Screw the judges, those are good beers. :) Yeah I did not get "rhubarb" but maybe it did contribute to the flavor.

Nice man! Thanks for the reviews! I like the idea of souring a wit like that Berliner Weisse. I liked that one, but I was wanting more body to it. Not sure if I mentioned it, but I added a bunch of rhubarb to that one as well... no rhubarb flavor came through but it definitely increased the tartness. I've popped a few of those open on some of the 90+ days we've had this year and they've been great.

These reader reviews are awesome to me. Berliner Weiss, pretty neat. A definite change from the DIPA's we all have been crazy over the past few years. "Citric", It is a word, didn't underline red when I typed it. Lawn Mower beer it seems. Refreshing after a day in the yard. Listening the the NJ show while sipping on the homebrew....you got the life.

@xxparsley @xxparsley Glad you like the reviews. Have you heard the "Mike's house," "Page's house" and such, that is going around this tour? You gotta check out the Makisupa Policeman from 05/28/11 Bethel? It is a must! Super fun stuff man. Great great tour so far. You should be able to stream from yawningdrone if you don't have another way to get it (or find a YT vid that is complete).
