First time I saw it, that slight suspense after Arizona said i love you nearly killed me! I was like say it back ! say it back ! say it back ! I love callie and arizona, I just wish the producers/writers didn't have to be so tactful with how much gay stuff they put out ! I think more affectionate scenes would be great with them
