Nice intros and closes. I found you a few months ago in a google when you compared P 90X to Craig B's "Turbulence training."

and what would you rate Kettlebell burn 2.0 program in comparison with some other methods considering it fuses supportive nutrition with kettlebell exercises?....and without being biased because you obviously like kettlebells :D :D
@KoNjire it's difficult not to be biased considering how much I love training with kettlebells and the fact that burn was getting some amazing results. I gave burn a short time and lost 5 lbs in the first week of training...which is FAST
I agree having a good nutrition program is king. I started a nutrition program and i lost 45 in the first few months. I went from 275 to 230 and i started exercising and i went down to 220. 220 was a sticking point for about 6 months. I start lifting 4 months ago and recently have added cardio now im down too 207.
@rockbodyfitness I plan on sticking with it. I have workouts i could do with kettlebells and bars and plates. We have 3 days this week and 3 days next weekk then it is christmas break. I will probably spend anywhere from 5 to 6 hrs in the weightroom because i have the time.

@JCele3 my pc crashed more times then Lindsey Lohan so i got a mac. it's the built in imovie software that came stock with it
