  • this song basically sums up whats so great about 80s music and specifically 'Hair Metal' ... they all just wanted to play loud music and have a good time !!!

  • You can tell Neil Schon was an influence!

  • Best thing to come out of Japan!

  • God, I have this on cassette tape. Still a good after all these years.

  • one dick head doesent like loudness

  • Akira is considered one of the best. An amazing player....they used to call him the Japanese Eddie Van Halen...

  • the guitar looks like an ibenez x series

  • Fuck that , Takasaki friggin rocks. As does the whole band. Listen to his solo and his perfect clear yet distorted riff. Awesome band all around. "Lightning Strikes!"

    Love Loudness.

  • one of the best underrated guitar player of all times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • one of the best guitar intros ever !

  • Every time I listen to this band they remind me of Tokyo Blade.

  • oh and the drummer kicked ass. single bass yamaha . i will never forget that show

  • akira made a bunch of us quit metal and start playing folk music. malmstein didnt do that because he was too impossible to believe, akira is real and beside the fact that he endorsed roland amps, which rock ,the guitar was custom to the bone.esp or whatever. you cant get that action off the rack.sucks that it wont fit in a guitar stand

  • Nothing funny about it, Takasaki is awesome....That riff is awesome and forget the singers name. Many bands went to Japan and still do , I bought that cassette and it blew my mind. Love Loudness!

  • @beecee151 To be more accurate....what I meant is that Japan is known for foreigner bands visiting and get big time concert money from their great turnout and love of Western/European metal (Also pop but dont want to go there) Loudness is not only a great Japanese band but awesome metal band all together. Takasaki is one of my top 10 favorite guitarists.....totally rips! Also love thier crunch/clear articulate riffs.

  • 2.16 to 2.23 is the best bit!

  • the 80s rule

  • what a great song!!!

  • What the fuck are robster craws?

  • @Bloodsayer666 ok, lol, that was pretty fuckin funny

  • awesome..... absolutely perfect

  • WOCK N WOLL !

  • What kind of guitar is that?

  • @sonarofthesouth I looked it up, and it is an ESP signature guitar.

  • @vomitkings12 Takasaki uses ESP Signature Random Star guitars[6] and several Killer guitars, mostly the KG Prime model. He is co-owner of the Killer Guitars label, which are made and distributed by ESP.[3] He has used Marshall Amplifiers in the earlier years and later years of Loudness. s own signature Shredneck.[8]

  • @vomitkings12 Akira plays Killer Guitars, not ESP. They are extemely hard to find outside of Japan.

  • @JMoore68 he played ESP in these days.

  • @bela2ives You are right, this was pre-Killer. I stand corrected :)

  • @vomitkings12 the head where the tuners are sucks in shape but the rest is awesome :)

  • @vomitkings12 Akira uses Killer guitars. Not esp. I dont know what he uses these days, but in 80's he used killer guitars.

  • @sonarofthesouth thanx brother ..you didnt have to do all that work !! Much appreciated!!!

  • Maybe its just me, but I notice a HUGE similarity in the tone between Akira and Dimebag Darrell. Very similiar...Akira is a fabulous guitar player, he can kick some serious ass.

  • SWEET video ! Top notch

  • This band FUCKING ROCKS! High School days for me here - awesome band!

  • I rike a heavy sound!

  • Takasaki is highly underrated, definitely on par with any other guitarist of that time.

  • I rike Roudness!!!!!

  • @bingefeller Wock n Woll

  • But seriously... 3:06 is fucking insane. Wish I could play like that.

  • Great song, but why is the singer dancing around like that? He looks faintly insane.

  • thanx for the instructional video....now i know how to build an electric guitar.

  • They were pretty kick ass, live.

  • that fuckin kicks ass i remember watching that when i was a kid on an old beta cassette my brother had taped before i was born gonna get that album tommorow

  • @joemusashi7 Your brother has good taste in music.

  • Fucking love the 80's.

  • @rasputansalvador Same her.The best music came from the 80's.

  • That is a bad ass tune, these guys should have got more recognition than they got!

  • he is pretty good....but i suppose almost all guitarist around this time were amazing haha...

  • i wonder who this guitarist is.....

  • His name is Akira Takasaki. From what I believe, he is still with Loudness.

  • @vomitkings12 If I am right they are all still together.

  • @vomitkings12 He is Loudness, the only person in all incarnations of this band.

  • @vomitkings12 one of the most underrated players of the century far better than evh or any of the chumps like that still no Gary Moore or Brian May but truly great

  • @patapatapon777 Akira Takasaki they call him the Japanese Eddy V H .
