My parents have more or less kept me sheltered from the outside (at least more so than the regular person), and I'm not into rap or drugs, but I'll listen to Japanese Pop and such. It really depends on WHO you are and HOW your raised, (I'll agree on the latter), but you can't base a whole idea or belief on something like such, especially if you don't know the person personally.
