@Apollo11ification It's at least the best sub machine gun. The only problem is its iron sight. But the damage per second was probably the best among sub machine guns, if machine pistols like Scorpion aren't counted in the category. It's also really accurate, I'd say that the Spectre's capabilities were that of an assault rifle, high damage, accuracy and rate of fire made it pretty formidable opponent on close and mid-range.

Throw many decoy grenades in one spot (using scarvenger pro to get them or warlord pro) The enemy surely will go to the spot, fire your Mac11 (that sounds very similar to the gunfire sounds produced by the decoy grenade) to him. The enemy will be confused, and, if you are in good cover, you could kill even entire groups of enemies.

Hmmmm a mobile SMG MAC 11 with Lightweight so you can virtually fly,and Ive noticed if you are leveled up high enough you run so fast that at time you make no sound,added with Warlord so you can use an EX. MAG to help with the fire rate and a grip to ease the recoil, and marathon so you can fly around longer and get in the other teams face before they realize youre there.....screw ninja and ghost.

I do not agree with the choice of the ninja perk, your unsilenced bullets will give you away faster then any sounds you make otherwise, I'd use marathon, to rush and get close fast, or tac mask, to effectively use the nice unlimited supply of tac grenades you get from scavenger. Even hacker would be a beter perk for your class, countering deadly equipment and even giving you some for free.
