At a comic book shop in Seattle. They generally carry old MADs. At another comic book shop in Renton, I found two from the early 60s. Find a comic book shop near your town and go looking.

Mad was cool before William Gaines died, after that Mad started to sell out, with advertising and cheesy coloring. MAD SUCKS!!!!!
