I've noticed that you buy a lot of MAC but you complain a lot more about the products. I and many other MAC artists are super geeked when the new stuff comes out. It's kinda sad that you are disappointed often. Maybe you should be more open minded about the stuff. Why even make the videos if it's gonna be borderline negative.

I've notice alot of MAC 'artists' get almost personally offended when ANYTHING negative or slightly negative is said about mac products. Not everyone is going to like and continuously super hyped about EVERYTHING. And what's wrong with honesty? That's all I'm giving and that's what giving reviews are all about. You review the products, good or bad. NO makeup brand's every single product is outstanding. If I got Dior or Nars stuff, I would do THE SAME, but I'm for sure NOT narrow-minded.

This is very true, as sad as it is. I used to work for MAC, and I basically kept my mouth shut about a lot of things. The girls get VERY defensive, even the one male I was working with lol. It's silly to think constructive critiscism isn't appreciated, because it's only gonna help them to improve their products, and hence their consumers opinions. But oh well.
