Scientific culture may not be perfect, but people who devote their lives to science arn't generally looking for money. I take exception in the manner the Bill was passed into Law and many portions of the Bill will be challenged in the Courts and be found to be unlawful. But the method used was not illegal. Neither was it impartial, and that is what I take even further offense at. That a partisan effort barely greater than 50% majority could enact such a far reaching Law is no less repugnant than it is despicable.
