  • Such type of melody called there "freylyk".

  • Кодыма рулит!!!

  • They are very good, prabably the one groop in the world which retain old classic style of klezmer music interpretation called the Ukranian-Odessa-Jewish mode.

I remember the times when to play this music in the open was dngerous for players and listeners(exept when Russians want to dance it during Revolution day selebration)

So let us thank to consonanse and to say old Odessa's good will wish:

Adank agroiser and avigivont parnuse a gitte menshen.

  • They will play at Cracow Jewish Festival next sunday! See you there!

  • ;o)

  • отлично!

  • this is weeding music

  • It is kind of Moldavian-Jewish music played by Ukrainians -- very well played, BTW.

  • is it jewish or ukrainian music?

  • Yes.

  • Jewish Klezmer music took a lot from Eastern Countries folk and street music... therefore I would say... both:)

  • @casperado666 It's the Ukrainian music which has the Jewish base.

  • @OlexaKetros I don't think anyone can say for sure. But it's very similar to the music Hutsuls play in the Carpathians

  • @casperado666 It's ukrainian music from South Podolia on the bord of Moldova (Mohyliv, Yampil, Kryzhopil, Pischanka districts Vinnitsa's region and Kodyma distrikt of Odessa region).
