I remember the times when to play this music in the open was dngerous for players and listeners(exept when Russians want to dance it during Revolution day selebration)

@casperado666 It's ukrainian music from South Podolia on the bord of Moldova (Mohyliv, Yampil, Kryzhopil, Pischanka districts Vinnitsa's region and Kodyma distrikt of Odessa region).
Such type of melody called there "freylyk".
