It's a very good animation. The only problem is the background. The sky background format doesn't match with the drawings, they are visually incompatible. Would have been better to use a paper pattern (any type could have a better effect than this one). The problem with this background is that has a 3D effect, and that makes everything in the first frame (the drawings) look even more flattened and lifeless. It looks like the background is "fighting" with the first frame for attention.

I think that's intentional, they seem to be going for contrast from the painted art on the backdrop of the sky, I think it's a good way of capturing what they do on canvas

Holy shit that kicked balls!! Built slow with heavy production sounds and shit came in deep and offset. Those birds w effects set up crazy environment sounds.
