  • The kid is dying for water and the retard poured it over her head! WTF? Is he retarded? Give the poor girl a drink before a crude shower you moron.

    LOL!

  • @mrcabdriver1

    she was dirty

    temperature may kill someone

    stupid

  • :(:(:(...........

  • hahahahhaha

  • God Bless the Baby and everyone who helped her !

  • @BrooklynHeart1 yeah exactly .. really sad

  • @JStamCasual i think they meant 'rescued baby' as in he rescued the baby :)

  • you should take a bigger camera, it will help alot... douchebags

  • God is death...

  • God Blass that man. The AP Camera crew just stood there and filmed while that austrailian camera man Grew some balls and helped out that child.

  • You people with the racist negitive comments should be charged ...

  • @Alacott Its the internet pal just learn to ignore it these people have life problems and they see this screen with letters as a way to vent that anger and be heard.

  • WHERE ARE YOU NOW, JESUS?

  • WUT?

  • AHAHHAHAHHAHAAHHA

    david

    rescued baby

XD hes the one who rescued her hes not her

  • dont blame God for this nor anything,....he gave us free will, everything happens for a reason and a purpose.....and it is ignorance you guys speak of because when something exellent happens in your life it's "ohhh thank you God thank you" but as soon as the tables turn your cursing God more than anything...so be before anything take a look at your self before yoy start blaming God.....but umm much love to haiti and the families in crisis, pray everything goes well God bless~~

  • ok so when something good happens it's allowed to be god and not free will, but when something bad happens its free will and not god, sop should god be held accountable for everything or nothing, if we can't blame god we also can't thank god, for anything except creating life supposedly. I'm sure like many christians you thank god when good things happen, if madeline mcCann was found for instance i know I'd say Thank god. so i believe if god can perform miracles and also prevent disasters.

  • Let's say a man makes a watch and gives it to you. If you break the watch, it's your own fault, not the watchmaker's, so you are the only one to blame. On the other hand, if you take care of the watch and nothing bad happens to it, it only makes sense to thank the watchmaker for giving to you. If you never received the watch in the first place, you wouldn't have to whine about it breaking, or give thanks for it working because you wouldn't even have a watch.

  • God gave us free will in the beginning, we should thank him if we make the right decision, because he gave us the ability to make our own choices. But we certainly can't blame him for our mistakes, because he didn't force us to make a mistake, we did it ourselves.

  • take the watch as a metaphor for the earth we haven't broken that watch yet it still breaks.

  • So what do you call pollution? It's definitely not one of the things I consider to be good for the Earth. I'm not trying to put the blame on any one person, because I definitely contribute to the wasting away of this planet as well. I'm just saying that the Earth isn't becoming worse by itself, we humans are causing the damage.

  • why did god then give us a planet that could be destroyed by our pollution and very few clean energy sources.

  • prove its being destroyed by us... sure we contribute to climate change and pollution, however climates are never static, by their very nature they continue to change as animal (and human) movements, feeding habits, volcanoes, solar pollution, rocks smashing into us from space, all do their bit to change climates... humans are just to insignificant and small to be any threat to the earth, it just depends on what opinion you have really

  • Did I ever once use the word "destroy"? No. So, by YOUR opinion, nuclear waste is an insignificant threat to the Earth? Air pollution itself is causing us to have a lower life expectancy than ever before, and you are saying that we don't contribute at all?

  • @vampiresvengeance

The same reason a watchmaker would give a watch to someone. Unless the person never used the watch, it will eventually become worn and someday cease to work, but is that really the watchmaker's fault? or the person using it?

  • No, im saying we dont contribute enough damage to the climate to cause any serious problems, and FYI, life expectancies are on the rise world over, most notably in african countries. I dont know how much damage is done by nuclear waste, however id be interested to compare it to solar radiation

  • God is one cruel sob, oh wait he doesnt even exist. We're killing each other everyday and now the planet is killing us. This is a fucked up planet we live on nowadays.

  • kinda agree on that. Only sane group of people that dont have problems like we do seems to be only amnish people.

  • i want to adopt some of those babies. GOD SUKKKS

  • what did God do? the us governement hit haiti with mass destruction weapon named haarp not God.

  • but, even if that was the case

WHY DOES HE NOT PROTECT THEM?

  • i don't know.

  • She's adorable

  • Yeah great job. Maybe now give her some space and rest. The last thing she now needs is a bunch of people taking pictures of her...

  • this footage will only backfire as people think ahhh well babies are fine they are rescued no need to send money and help out, to some this lifts spirits to many watching it sidelines the importance of the heed for help psychologicaly

  • dude someone would have to be as thick as plank to think everyones fine from this video everyone is aware of how bad the situation is and h0ow we all need to help

  • Good work. I was a new cameraman for 15 years and also put my camera down to help. Often arriving before emergency services or noticing someone in distress.

You WORK as a cameraman or reporter you are a human being first. Thank you for that.

  • @auroraron gay

  • omg

  • Muslims want to adopt the girl and marry her when she turns 9.

  • Whats wrong with you, you freak?

  • WHAT?

  • I said the truth...adult muslim men love to marry 9 year old girls.

  • @azjeff1971 no,that's not true

  • But it is true...it is written in the Koran that it is okay to marry and molest pure virgin 9 year old girls.

  • Ahh the sorrow. Went from a 3rd world countries to a living life hell situation, when will the mother earth hold her temper back. =(

May the Best come fourth and the dead soul rest.

  • What a tragedy, poor people, I can't imagine if my house would be ruined, my family killed...horrible.

  • Oh my gosh :'(

  • Madonna will probably try and adopt that baby.......

  • ftpb1,

I was gonna say Angelina and Brad. I don't think they have a Haitian....yet.

  • @MuslumanWaheed ...do not put the Lord God to the test. Things happen to ppl nt because they r christians or muslims or watever religion but because we live in a broken world, a world of sin...If its all about being Islamic n d world convertin 2 Islam d does Islam seem 2 be causing great pain, pain dat we all can live without right now, its ppl lik u just lik dose bloomin extremist terroist that give religion n gd Islamic ppl a bad name...so dont cme n be talkin rubbish

  • Ok so you pull a baby out of rubble and you don't bring her to a medical crew-Stupid Fuckers!!!!!!

  • rare that i say this but i think this is rescue is fake shameful what the press do to get a story baby spent 3 days with no water and wasn't even thirsty

  • oh, beautiful baby :**

  • Great to hear all the different voices of English, Spanish, Kreyol and French-speaking people working together.

  • You just said the biggest joke. ok if it is like that why isn't God helping Muslims in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia...

  • MuslumanWaheed...you stupid rubbish..you should shut your shit mouth..

I am a Muslim but I hate you ..and I love human being, any kind of human being..you are the dirtiest...

  • @MuslumanWaheed what about the earthquake in Pakistan???? they were christian?

    go fuck yourself

  • Omg she's so cute

  • @NornIronLegends are you right in the head, there is no such thing as a best disaster perhaps you should rephrase your comment unless you meant it

  • @lostboysonbikes OF ALL TIME!!!

  • @NornIronLegends Take it ye dinna like the Americans then lol.dinna hold back now

  • idiot

  • @rizeordie CiA told you so it's the truth funny shit ,CIA are the biggest drug dealers in the world fact

  • Watch the video:

The Clintons & Bushes are Saviors To The Haitian People

  • that guy is blatantly not related to that girl. when asked what her name is he is like.

    EMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM Winne??

If he knew her and was obviously trying to help her for some time (i reckon he turned up at the last moment just to claim the girl) then why would he have to think about her name?

I hope I am wrong, but i think he wants the girl for other reasons. That kind of stuff is normal in haiti. quake or no quake.

  • @hassmann2000 I agree there is something very dodgy about that guy as the little girl did not seem to know him at all, hope she gets returned to her proper family

  • oh wow.

what this is, is a miracle.

  • and maybe they should thank God for that miracle...it wasn't miracle, they just pulled her out...

  • She still perfectly fine ....wow

  • send money, not food and blankets...i heard someone say this

  • watch?v=v_PLOhECv4M&feature=topvideos

  • what does it matter how poor the country is? look at hurricane Katrina in the u.s.a. the place is still destroyed and that's the riches country in the world

  • the poorest country in the western hemisphere

  • you call it good? Imaging this is your family.....

  • WOOOOOOOOOOW elle a survécu!

  • Comment removed

  • these disasters are good, and i'll tell you why... they bring humans back to reality, we can die any minute, so lets all do good things and be nice to each other, lets stop making weapons and help one another... you assholes!

  • @RizeOrDie These disasters are not good in any way, shape or form. Hopefully one never hits your home town. Hundreds of thousands are dead and injured in this travesty. I get the second part of your comment, but not one thing about this disaster is good. Haiti was already in dire straits

  • This is good!? You could say that if this happened to a rich country, but this is Haiti, the poorest country in the world, everyone in Haiti was already facing the reality of famine and being homeless. Practice what you preach.

  • according to CIA haiti is not the poorest country in the world!

There are african countries that are in a worse state, whos helping them?

    get you're facts right!

also, this is good becuase its 2010, earth is dying, and theres no where to go... we'll all die sooner or later, some of us will suffer more, its not like this never happened before...

  • Why won't you go fall in a ditch and die since "we'll all die sooner or later" and let us live our rotting moments in peace without your comments.

  • it doesnt work like this...

  • total setup...how low will these journalists go just to get some ratings...really sad and look at all the suckers eat it up

  • this is so sad, brings tears to my eyes

  • This is insulting to any level of human intelligence. The Haitian people must have been helpless until the journalists arrived. That child DID NOT come out of the rubble after 68 hours in that condition. Not 48 hours and unlikely even 24! Shame on these journalists for this setup.

  • Setting up something like that really is disgusting, but if it helps to persuade more people to donate it can't be all bad.

  • Very true! However there are plenty of real examples of hope without this scripted rescue and phony hero.

Hipokryzja?

  • A beautiful outcome of such a terrible disaster.

It is wonderful how the world has sprung into action to help these unfortunate people.

    God bless.

    -Elena <33

  • They didn't help them before when their government collapsed and thousands of people died.

You are so up your own ass.

  • How am I up my own ass?

I am just saying that there is always some good that comes out of these disasters, a little bit of human kindness peeps through the evil that we have to endure every day.

    -Elena <33

  • the man who saved the child is named Deiby Celestino. It's amazing how this man from the Dominican Republic was willing to put effort and risk his life to save another.

I am an American who wishes the best in Haiti and wish I can take part of the rescue in this tragedy. God Bless.

  • 3 days, and she looks fine realy...

  • @stan123blue

Yeah kinda funny. It's almost as though that child had just crawled into a hole just prior to being "discovered" and crawling back out.

Then the relative or whoever came to claim it seemed entirely unruffled by the whole affair ;)

  • When you see "David : Rescued Baby" you may think that David is the rescued baby !

  • evidence of a tiny glimmer of hope. stay strong haitian people.

  • Taką grzeczną dziewczynkę córkę to sam bym chciał mieć.

  • Sorry people this is a scam, classic sleezy journalism. You would not pull a clean, happy, healthy baby out of the rubble after THREE days! Sorry to ruin such an inspirational story but come on people dont be such a sucker. I especially like how the just rescued baby goes right into the waiting arms of the roporter to present to the camera. This reporter needs a smack upside the head by an angry Hatian for this act.

  • You are right!

  • @bodek43 I'm very disappointed in you two for not realizing that this is real. I JUST heard of this half an hour ago on Prime Time News. That means this is true, idiots. And this is a good thing. The baby is very brave and she will be like David when she grows up. Ok, not a godly person but a brave person. And this has nothing to do with religion.

  • Comment removed

  • It is great that they have rescued her. I dont want to think how many children have died there :( I feel sorry for her because she probably have lost her parents . I feel sorry for everyone who have been touched by this earthquake :(.

  • This has nothing to do with religion, she is so young she didnt panic and by not crying she remained hydrated for a bit longer, its the way nature makes some of us stronger.

  • so sad :(

  • Hałdujudu

  • Even if one life is saved, like this little girl winnie, isn't that a good thing.

  • yes... what is one life when 200000 people died. Isnt this god great?

  • God is great, people are great. Winnie is cute, look at her, but she's most of all alive. Isn't she another proof for the fact that God is acutally there despite all tragedy that happened?

A to ciekawe.

  • Do mischker00 - pieprzenie powiadasz? Po1. Stworzył i płyty tektoniczne i człowieka (np. UFO i inne reinkarnacje.

Z resztą w przyszłości na pewno będziesz miała okazję sama Go o to zapytać osobiście.

  • @Soprano3891

lol. polecam "The God Delusion" Richarda Dawkinsa

  • 77malgosia I'm not going to debate about the existance or non existance of anything beecause this does not belong to a video like this, the tragedy in Haiti is terrible BUT since 500 char is too few to explain why I think your comment is very innapropriate and is not thought twice there's someone who explains it better, I suggest you watch this video and just think about it twice before make a comment like this. Except for that I agree with the rest you said. Link: watch?v=_dyPiIcLK90

  • What about the baby sasun

  • Thank you !

  • Poor girl... poor people...

  • Thank you God...

  • Thank god for earthquake?

  • this is amazing and heartbreaking at the same time. she survived 3 DAYS beneath the rubble...WOW.

  • Sometimes we may be too quick to judge.

Many negative comments have been made about the media.

They are also human and have been humane.

    This is beautiful to see.

  • i'm so glad she lived

  • Beautiful little girl, a ray of hope in the form of a little angel

  • Miracle baby!! Beautiful curled lashes.

  • @zppo1 toddler...baby...what's the big deal? she's alive, that's all that matters. stop making something out of nothing.

  • @omonaija4life well i don't want AP to bend words to get views. I forgot if it's AP or CNN but they posted "school collapsed" but it was only a part of the celing in a classroom not even worth mentioning. It's cool that's the toddler is safe, but just dont twist the story AP.

  • OMG :(

  • Aww what a cute little baby.

Its kinda sad that with all these, people still have the heart to hate. Maybe people hate because they have not experienced any suffering or experience in their lives..

  • What an adorable little girl !! So happy she was rescued.

  • Comment removed

  • They don't even show her diaper - the little you can see looks like it's soaked. What are you saying anyway? They just rescued her, she's in shock - probably already cried all she could, now she's just happy to be out of the dark mess.

  • tough little tyke!!!!!!!!

  • You can only do so much, I think the world expects too much from America. What about all the other countries that exist in the world ?

  • Danny Glover is right....this is disgusting!!! America should be ashamed of itself!!

  • Why should America be ashamed? The place is jammed up so it's difficult to get aid in. Americans are doing all they can to raise money & help, and get doctors, nurses and helpers down there.

America is not the EMT/first aid kit for everyone in the whole world anyway. But usually send the most aid in to disaster areas.

  • Wonderful!!!

  • amazing!
