its NOT about " moving out of the evil empire " but it is about STAYING and telling the truth. you cant kick out ALL good people of your own country and we know that too many of you lazy americans are sitting there with your budweiser not giving a real damn that YOUR governments have killed MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF MOSTLY INNOCENT people. are you not ASHAMED? YOU SHOULD BE! there is nothing noble about YOUR attitude and " way of life " any longer.
John, Thank you for your devotion and dedication to educating the American people and government on the atrocities of genocide. This should NOT be happening in the 21st century.
I have been to Rwanda 2 times, the Congo and Uganda for several months not just a week or few days. I have witnessed the, fear, despair and hopelessness these human beings live with every minute of their life. WE can stop genocide. No more mass killings, rape as a weapon of war and children abducted to be soldiers.
Really??? All people of Darfur ~ or those who've been brainwashed by the government and extreme Islam factions? You may hate the West, but I pray for you and do work in your country to help. Give careful consideration to your hatred.... and God bless you...
I'm sorry U feel my honest sentiment "God bless you" is bullshit. I truly mean that, & I sincerely send love to & pray 4 healing in what is going on in our world today. I hv personally done rescue work all over Africa ~ at great personal cost & sustained serious injuries & damage in the process. Outstretched hand to you, in peace. You can take it or leave it, but the sentiment and my heart, is sincere.
Brainwashed? my country isn't at war/occupying with 2 different countries and setting up its own international prison. My country didn't bomb your country like you did to mine, so please don't talk to me about "western hatred".
Darfur is a matter of the sudanese people, it has nothing to do with you not a single sudanese person asked America to cover our troubles.
Wow, Omer. Plz understand that as an American, I do NOT agree with everything that my government does. In many ways your country has been tossed into a stereotype by the rest of the world - so has mine. As you know individuals R just that, individuals. Plz don't hate me as an individual - (and a Christian), just b/c I love & care about people & cultures the world over.
I beg to differ that not a single Sudanese person has asked America for help. However, that's beside the point. The people of Darfur shouldn't have to ask for the help of the world to stop the atrocities that are still occuring at the hands of the Janjaweed.
There are not atrocities, if actually read the UN report you would've found that the 200.000 figure of the people have died was mainly due to malnutrition not the so called janjaweed. Americans no longer have the moral high ground to tell anyone what to do, you're in two wars and responsible for the deaths of 1 million iraqis due to sanctions in the 90s and again another million because of invasion. your tax dollars payed for these actions and you are responsible
ur an idiot.. who think caused the malnutrition? ppl who have been living well suddenly have poisoned wells and no farm or cattle to live on.. malnutrition is caused by our stupid ass government. get real. like i said.. stop the ignorance and do the damn research
Omer, please dont put our country to more shame. u have proved to be ignorant and brainwashed. go to the south and the west then speak. how wud u feel if ur parents were killed in front of u.. not a good feeling is it. our govt is not practicing islam, its practicing genocide. open ur eyes please. we as people of sudan shud be makin a differnce, but we live in too much fear to do anything. so stop talking b.s. and start researching!
Okay I will take all my money and move to another country, because that is possible because I am rich...lol. Listen this is what this country used to be about not blindly following leaders who are evil into fake wars and global economy, if you want to live in the new evil empire and pretend that carbon taxes and world currency are a good idea that is your right as it is mine to disagree with it.
we are alife with the fact,in the fact and around it. yes there are a crisis in darfur but not like this ,this is too big than we are see.plezzzzzzzzzz let us solve our problems and stay out.
It is our responsibility as human beings to protect those who cannot protect themselves. Even if you cannot donate money, donate time...educate yourself, it's the least we can do. Enough is enough! We can no longer sit idly by and expect our politicians to make these changes by themselves. We have to start forcing them to do this...they need to see the consequences of inaction (as if the thousands of lost lives are not reason enough). SAVE DARFUR!
This is horrible. I really hope people do something about this and really join these groups cause Darfur is in dire need of help. I'm actually surprised I didn't know about this crisis earlier. It's crazy how America doens't put importance to this issue.
this is my uncle jp.listen and act.u can make a difference.u CAN help.i myself am having a fundraiser at my school.telling ppl about jp & his work is inspiring.he isn't working for the ICG anymore tho,he's working on the political side of it all, hence, enough!he didnt bring george clooney to the family reunion but we are all still proud & supporting him! WE'VE HAD ENOUGH!
It is time to make a change, we should all put as much into it as we can. Enough is enough, it is time to let politictians know that this is an issue we have to tackel, not some time in the future, but now!!!
