hey i wanna put a air instake system on ma car yhh.. but if i open the box, i will find and air filter, then where do i put the intake system, do u put it where the filter used to be, and connect it to the hose that goes into the box?????? reply ASAP thanks

Yes, you would replace the entire box with most intakes and attach to the tube or sometimes directly to the mass air sensor.
