Karin does not count, she works for sasuke, sasuke works for Madera but not Akatsuki as an Organization, and anyway the goal of my comment was more to get you to name evil anime organizations, I need to branch out and I like the whole evil organization set up, as apposed to say 1 bigboss guy and a bunch of minions. I like that whole 10-15 really cool strong elite evil guys setup.
