@nirvanapixiesmisfits Well actually, this video could ellaborate a bit more. You pick once with your pick hand, then when you pull off - you pull slightly sideways (or down). Lifting your finger straight off the string wont sound the second note as clearly. You pull off slightly down, and as you do that you kind of pick the string with the finger you are pulling off with. If you look for it you can see his is doing this in this video.

when i try to pull my figer off the sting for the sound, i always hit the other string, help

get a grip and dont hit the other one, and if your just lifting dont do that either. you have to kinda pick at the string with your finger.
