Yeah they edit out the crowd to hear the music better. He is a dj but doesn't like to be classified as one because he doesn't see the musical merit or talent in simply mixing two songs, he just happens to dj his own music.

@IsThisPete He's a musical producer, more of a live performance if anything. A DJ is a person who spins turntables or CD turntables, etc. Deadmau5 uses controllers and effects. Hell, he even mentioned he wasn't a DJ in the many different interviews. Get your facts straight before insulting others.
