That's a very STUPID plan. The only getting rid of them in the past would work is if Ibsen went back and killed their PAST selves.

@DigimonFan1 I've given this careful thought and it might not be as crackpot. I'm under the assumption that Ibsen knew what time the river would take the kids back to. Maybe he though Judy anmd Peter would effect Alan's past self thus disrupting the current timeline.
