Autant j'ai adoré la clarté des 4 précedents Tougekis, autant j'avoues avoir moins apprécié celui-ci : je n'aimes pas trop lorsque qu'on ne voit que quelques matchs du premier tour, puis quelques matchs du second,... On découvre, par exemple, en quarts de finale des teams que l'on a pas vu jusqu'à présent. Ca donne un désagréable sentiment d'un visionnage incomplet et brouillon. Encore pire lorsque les tableaux (impossibles à reconstituer pour nous) sont fichus n'importe comment.

Um... boxing commentators don't talk NON-STOP the entire match, haha. They do the same thing I talked about before- calm, collected, only getting overly hype and loud during sections of the match that deserve it, etc. As I said I was never against watching commentated matches, I do it all the time. I just like it when the commentator has the sense to take a breathin between sentences every once in a while.... It made sense in the days of radio- but this is video, we can see the match.

I said boxing match, not English commentated boxing matches. Boxing commentators don't talk non-stop the entire match because not much happens until certain moments. SF is quick so something is always happening. If you understood what he said maybe you'd love what you hear and keep coming back for more. I have to admit that if someone just kept talking nonsense i would want them to stop. This guy's commentating skills are so unique that he gets invited to comment on high level tourneys in France

I didn't really mean that "shitty commentator" line that was kind of joking, I just meant that even in English, non-stop talking during a match (of any kind/sport) is annoying to me. It's the same as you not liking s-kill. He definitely knows the game well, his commentary is insightful, etc- but you dislike the style of his commentary still because you find it boring. I enjoy a well commentated match, but part of what makes a good video commentator (to ME) is knowing when to be quiet and just let people watch. I guess I could have said it in a 'nicer' way, but it was just an offhanded comment based in my own opinion, I didn't expect anyone to care so much what I think.

Tu m'excuseras gars, mais comparé à SF3NG ou Alpha 1, SF4 est loin d'être un fiasco, que ce soit niveau gameplay ou niveau ventes. Bien sur il n'a pas autant de profondeur de mindgame/mixup que 3.3 ou Alpha 3, mais c'est parce que :

1- C'est la première version du jeu

2- Il est sorti depuis à peine plus d'un an

C'est stupide de le critiquer en le comparant à 3.3 parce que 3.3 a eu 10 ans pour être étudié par les joueurs. Dans 10 ans on verra si SSF4 est considéré moins bon que 3.3.
