2:43 that right there is just humiliating. hes right. while i think something like this should definitely not be taken too quickly, obama seems to be dragging his ass on this. and yet someone below him has already done a metric shit-ton more in less time about a rule in the military than he has about something thats really just another military rule. it shouldnt be this big a deal.

Obama...man, what a fucking letdown. I really hated the enforced idiocy of the Bush administration but at least he got his policies done. We as Democrats need to be much, much more fierce.

He's correct. NOW is the best time because it's the only time. I'm a straight white male from a backwards (usually) red state. I want gay marriage, gay rights and equal rights at the forefront. These issues reflect badly on our policy makers and our people. The public is always 20 years ahead. Well, it's obvious that we need to make this happen NOW. It's been 20+ years since the real revolution in social thought patterns and the time is wasting. Young voters are a good indicator.
