I don't ever want to get married or have kids, my dream in life is to have my own house and two little Westies running around called Reggie and Clint. I can't wait to grow up!! I look at the Westie videos everyday to cheer me up and I never get bored! They are absolutely adorable!! xx
Angelzpfs: Teach them basic obedience so they will come when you call them under any circumstances! Dogs need love, personal attention, mental as well as physical care. Exercise-WALKS, Discipline-calm and assertive, never in anger or frustration, then the loves and pats. Do research on the breed before getting one. Tho' they seem to be healthy tough little dogs, Dont forget Teeth, they need dentist work too-cleaning etc.
Angelzpfs: sorry one more thing-YOU learn to be the "leader of the pack" in the family, dont let the dog tell you what to do, You walk out the door first, he walks or runs beside you not in front of you. They will respect you for setting boundaries, limitations. Be firm, but kind and consistent. (per Dog Whisperer) then LOVE THEM. That part is easy!

They make you smile, even when you dont feel like it. But hurt like the devil to lose too. Love it, teach it, and you will be Blessed with many wonderful memories! Good luck!! Westie pups are sooooo cute! I want one. I have a Scottie and a shih tzu right now, but I may have to get a Westie next. I had one before for almost 14 yrs. and she died in her sleep. I loved her so much! She looked like the pups in the video when I got her.

mines hes a good listener and they do live a long time mine is expected to make it to about 17 or 18! the vet said there awesome watch dogs
