I think Kreator was the hardest, fastest and screamyish band I had ever heard at the time. It was the Toxic Trace video on Headbangers Ball back in the day on MTV. I have read some somewhere that they are considered one of the pioneers, founders, influences or some shit of death metal. I personally would agree.

@neto0111 I think Jurgen and Lombardo are pretty comparable really. Araya's voice has stood up to time better (though his spine clearly hasn't.) Overall I don't think there are many to stand up to Kreator.

more than anything i think the production was more raw and agressive sounding on the those which is where world painted blood falls down

Agree to an extent. I like all my thrash the same, so Slayer remains net to Kreator, all the others just suck.

Both sides have advantages and disadvantages.........
Kreator i better than Slayer in everything but in the drums.....Dave Lombardo is better than Jürgen.....i still like Kreator better

@neto0111 I think Jurgen and Lombardo are pretty comparable really. Araya's voice has stood up to time better (though his spine clearly hasn't.) Overall I don't think there are many to stand up to Kreator.

lol i know,I said i don't think lombardo is any better than Jurgen. But I think Araya's voice has lasted better than Mille's, Kreator are just so tight though and really pull you into a frenzy live.
