@emoneyblue Thanks for the positive comment. I made pasta dough again today. Experimenting with caramelized onions, ground sun-dried olives, garlic, a couple anchovy fillets, and plenty of olive oil. It was delicious, if a little strong. A little goes a long way. —Dennis
