The point of my rambling is, when I watched your mango relish recipe, the first one I watched not long ago, I was greatly impressed with your sincere attitude, Keep up the good video's!
heart healthy huh, right, you have canned chicken stock which has perservatives, your using flour, and on top of that vegetable oil which when heated becomes rancid and turns to transfat. yeah thats heart healthy.

Gosh, to be honest I am not really sure. I have plenty of recipes in mind. I also picked up so halibut yesterday but at $24 a pound it was a bit too spendy with other great fish availible. That and my wife Amanda loves (really loves) salmon.
Plenty more fish recipes coming ;-)

i was trained to find rim garnishes annoying and to me it contributes nothing to the presentation.
no guest is going to think to eat a cilantro garnish. so it's going to be there when the plate comes back.
